*Aegon the Conquerer*
*Aegon II.* , who fought against his sister Rhaenyra in a civil war known as "Dance of Dragons".
*Aegon III.* , called "Dragonsbane", during whose reign the last Targaryen dragon died.
*Aegon IV.* , called "The Unworthy", who legitimized all of his bastards before he died.
*Aegon V.* , called "The Unlikely", who shares a resemblance with Rhaegar, singing and hanging out with smallfolk. He was a great fighter as well.
*Aegon VI.* exists only in the books. The Aegon we know was the true one (baby killed in King's Landing) outlived his father and his grandfather Aerys, only though he lived only a few minutes after that. So, he was a king for a moment, even though not for long. Jon is the seventh Aegon. That's the most important number in GoT universe.
I only have one question.... WHERE THE FRICK IS GHOST! you have had the longest nap buddy
M.C.M basically his nap paid the dragon CGI
M.C.M Ghost isn't dead or anything the only reason they haven't shown him is because they've been focusing on the dragons and the wolf cost $$$ too but I'm pretty sure they'll reference something to Ghost to let us know that he's still alive
Littlefinger never was a proud person. He was capable of doing anything to survive.
I love how Jorah was like Danerys has to fly by dragon to the north cuz he knew it was bout to go down on that boat 😂😂😂😂😂😂
I wish you good fortune in the videos to come..
You are the best GoT reviewers, thanks for the enthusiasm.
I Believe that dany is pregnant because only death can give life as that witch said so one dragon died so will have dany/aegon baby
ᗩᘔOᖇ ᗩᕼᗩI you misspelled Jon
ᗩᘔOᖇ ᗩᕼᗩI well everybody says that so I guess you're not the only one believing that, duh
Seantoxictoad no I didn't
Oh god, please never call him aegon...
Yes to all of this. I'm also convinced that Tyrion told Cersei that Dany doesn't have a successor and that Cersei could possibly see her "child" on the Iron Throne if she worked with Dany. Then, when he saw Jon going to meet with Dany he was upset because a) he has no proof that Dany can't have kids and b) he thinks that Dany might choose Jon as an heir to the Throne. Tyrion knows Cersei and knows what she wants and, ultimately, work in his own interests because he's already admitted several times that he likes playing this game.
Who even says that Jamie Loves brienne? He admires her but he can only truely love cersei
The first Aegon was already dead when Jon was named Aegon .Ned went to the Tower of Joy after the Lannisters sacked Kingslanding and Ned and Robert had argued because Robert was happy that the Lannisters killed the Targeryen children. So Ned would have only found his sister way after the first Aegon was killed.
When Rhaegar died his children were still alive, since King's Landing wasn't sacked yet when Robert killed him at the Trident. But Lyanna's bed was still bloody from childbirth when Eddard arrived at the Tower of Joy way after KL.So we can be relatively sure that Elia and her children were dead a while when Jon was born. And Rhagar was dead even longer.
Littlefinger make a mistake he tell Sansa that arya wants to be lady of winterfell and that's it she knows
The funny thing is that Aegon (the first child of Ragger) is also in the books, but is probably an imposter. Supposedly Varys switched out babies before the mountain killed him, and he was raised in Essos.
You guys are one of my favourite reviewers ..I love the synergy you share and you make it fun for all of us..this is what it's about...keep up the good work
Does it count as incest if you don't know you're related/incesting? No, it does not; it's just a happy accident.
Joshua Sidney happy accidents??????
LOVE seeing all three of you review! x
I read someplace that Lena didn't want to be in any scenes with Bron. Makes sense that he left before her arrival.
I think the moment that Sansa figured out she was being played was when Littlefinger played that game at the end and said Arya wanted to be the Lady of Winterfell. That was his mistake. Sansa has always known that Arya never wanted to be the Lady of Winterfell.
Episode of 1 hour and 20 mins. Thats not an episode thats a movie 😂
Love your reviews, I watch many, but you three make the best videos on UA-cam. Thank you!
Yesss so glad this is up! Love coming on here and watching your video right after the episode! So sad it was a short season, loved it!
I've said it from the beginning, Jon would be a better king because he doesn't want it. Danni's whole thing is not only "this is my birthright," but "I want this. I deserve this." Jon, even when he finds out who he is, won't want it, and that's why he should be king. Because he is humble and reluctant to have any power. Plus, even if Jon says he doesn't want it, the people are gonna demand he take it. Once everyone finds out, there's no way they will let Jon walk away from it.
Joshua Sidney but Jon doesn't know how to rule, and he doesn't care about politics; he's too naive and close minded to be a good king
Steel Inquisitor He's Lord Commander of the nights watch, and King in the North. You don't get either of those titles if you don't know how to lead. Has he made mistakes, yea, he said that himself this episode. But he's a great leader. He's not naive. He knows exactly what the game is. That's why he gave that whole speech about people keeping their word and not lying. Just because he doesn't "play the game" like everyone else with the lying and deceit doesn't make him naive. It makes him honorable. And the fact that he doesn't like politics and the game is what makes him the right choice to be king. If I we're choosing a king, I'd choose the guy who is reluctant to take the job because I know he is humble and isn't doing it for the power, he's doing it for duty and love of his people.
Are you certain the people would want him as king if they find out? The people in the North will certainly not be happy to find out he's a Southerner and a Targaryen. As for the people in the South it's uncertain they seem to hate just about everyone except Margaery and Tommen.
Stark Targaryen I don't think the North would care about that. Everyone already assumes his mother was some southern chick anyway. Robert even thought that. They know he has Stark blood, and he's an honorable man. Those are the two things they care about. And as far as the South goes, a lot of them still want a Targerian back on the throne anyway. They also know what family he comes from in the North, and no matter how they feel about the North itself, they know Ned Stark and his family are just and kind. Of course there's people on both sides who'll complain and make trouble, but I honestly don't think most of them would care.
The moment little finger told Sansa Arya wanted to be lady of Winterfell I feel like Sansa figured out he was playing her because Arya had told her she never wanted to be a lady so I'm thinking that's the missing scene was her going to Bran and him revealing everything to her @HappyCool
Bran: "Hey Jon, you looked so pretty together on that boat"
Me: Dude, gross
Don't worry about the army of the dead. It took them seven seasons to get to the wall. By the time they get to Winterfell the show will long be over.
They were waiting for the dragon so they could take down the wall.
Sansa didn't realize until she played littlefingers game and saw he was manipulating them, she said so talking to him
How does Jamie walk away after Cersei gave the Mountain the Nod!!!????
Wait, didn't rhaegar want both of his sons named Aegon because he was obsessed with " The Prince that was Promised " prophecy???
We're calling it frostfire. It's so cold it's hot
Dais Pillar so cold it burns
Ok but what if the hound dies - becomes a wight - and then fights his brother. JUST IMAGINE DEAD CLEGANEBOWL! epic 🙌🏼
Great video and I love the shirts!!
I could have died a happy man if Daenerys would have slid down Drogon's tail like Fred Flintstone and said "Yabba Dabba Dothraki !".
Just to let y'all know, the man who plays Rhaegar is Wilf Scolding.
I love youuuu, and I'll miss these videos!! do a video for the whole season maybe??
U guys r the best. I love every review u guys do. Can not wait until season 8.
The Last Kingdom on Netflix has a great moment in the first episode about the names of sons. It was not uncommon for nobles to give their first, second, and sometimes favorite son (often a bastard) the same name to insure that the name was not only passed down but that there was always somebody left behind who could say they were the representation of their family personal legacies.
Bronn or Jerome Flynn left because he and Lena Headey have clauses in their contract that they will not share any screen time together. Apparently they dated years ago but the relationship ended on very very bad terms.
What what? What part are you saying what to?
BTW: "I know nothing" Sgt. Schultz from Hogan's Heroes
Since Cersei sits on the Iron Throne at the moment, I don't see that succession law still having any meaning in the show
My theory.....Jon will kill the night King and therefore become the new night king, Jon and dany's child will carry on in his name...the new heir to the throne. Yep, that's my bittersweet ending.
Theon and Jaime both could honestly blow Eurons cover on all of it!!
I mean I guess you can call him..... Aejon...
Best review channel! Thank you for predictions and humor this season, until 2019 in Winterfell Ciao!
She will have her dragons. They are probably flying along with the ship. I mean she came to Westeros on a ship and didn't leave her dragons behind. Jon just meant that she shouldn't fly ahead to Winterfell on her own like a conqueror.
Could Bran warg into Viserion
if anyone can take a beating it would be theon. that he is still alive at this point proves it
The only reason Cersi did not kill Tyrion is that Dany would have lit the Red Keep up.
Love your reviews! I am mostly wondering why was Tyrion such a creep during Jon/Deny boat thing, I mean maybe it is nothing... But loved the whole episode especially the last 10 min. Now the waiting begins.
Viktória Kiss I've always had a feeling that Tyrion had a crush on Dany, so I think he was just heartbroken on that scene
We don't know what promise Tyrion made to Cersei to get her to pretend to see reason, I don't think it has anything to do with love for Dany, I think he's wrestling with what he had to do to get Cersei on board, maybe kill John?, Dany? We know from their conversation he's been doing everything he can to save his family, now that he thinks she's pregnant (still think this is bs), how far is he willing to go to save his family? Either way we won't know till next season.
wuerger 32 I do agree with you that it has something to do with Cersei, cause it was quite weird that the scene with Cersei ended right after Tyrion found out that she is pregnant and suddenly Cersei was ready to send her soldiers to the north but we dont know how he persuaded her. Maybe he told Cersei that Dany has no heir so even if she gets the iron throne after she dies the child can be the next ruler. But now well, another pregnant lady in the house, maybe.
Viktória Kiss him looking lurking and seeing what was happening was a look of concern for Dany especially while Bran was narrating it because what's gonna happen when Jon finds out that Dany's his aunt? Do you see why a concern although he doesn't know yet he's protective over Dany
Is it possible the Nights king will head to Kings Landing instead of Winterfell because there are more people there for his army?
Do you think we'll see Dario next season with the Golden Company? I ask because going off the books the Golden Company, for the first time in their history of murder for money, break their contract to support fAegon... so maybe they ditch Cersei for Dany with Dario in the upper echelon? I'm not sure this is plausible because the love triangle seems to be Jon Dany and Tyrion, which that staring at the door was a bit unsettling. I dunno, but they had a whole scene with her telling Dario to stay like a good lil puppy and Dario isn't (at least in the books) that kinda dude. Maybe he thinks he can win her back in the show or something because he loves her? I haven't really been able to process the season as a whole yet, lol, but great job guys! Love your videos! Now we we gotta wait like 2 years to find out. :-(
We know that Rhaegar's first son was named Aegon in the books. For all we know in the show he could be named Bob. I don't believe Jon's real name would be Aegon in the books. I can see why they chose this name, it was the most famous Targ name in the show. I don't think that the people who only watched the show would be excited if it was reviled that his real name is Jaehaerys or something. It would mean nothing to them
What about in season 3 when Thoros says "House Clegane was built upon dead children. I saw them lay Prince Aegon and Princess Rhaenys before the Iron Throne."?
I don't remember that, thank you. In that case, I do not have an excuse. it's weird
Oksana Fonina No problem :) There are a lot of lines to remember. If it goes down like this in the books too I think it will have something to do with Rhaegar's prophecies.
kehrbaer90
Why Jaehaerys? Shouldn't it be a male form of Visenya? Since Rhagar's other 2 children were named Aegon and Rhaenys...
Would be kind of ironic if his name was Viserys. ^^
In addition to the reference in S3, HBO has him listed in the Targaryen house guide family tree
No I don't think Bran should've said that to just anyone. Bran knew Sam would be the one to tell because he knows he's a good man and is truly out for Jon's best interest. That guy that played Rhaegar looked so much like Viserys. But I think Viserys copied his brother so I guess it makes sense.
I don't think so, only because of all of the disagreements he and Sansa had before he left to Dragonstone. Arya perhaps. Sam is a bit more neutral party. I would think that Bran would want Jon to know first before getting the siblings (now cousins) involved.
according to the vision of the tower of joy, ned stark went to dorne after the sack of kins´s landing, so yes the allegdy baby aegon was dead at the time of jon snow birth
rodr0803 Yes, he goes to Dorne after the conquest, so Aegon was dead by then. We don't know how much Lyanna and the others knew about that though.
Aejon Snogaryen
I didn't think anyone else would die in this episode because I didn't think that the script would make sense for it. Little Finger doesn't really serve a purpose anymore in the show, but everyone else kind of has unfinished "missions" (or plot lines). If it's the last episode of the season it makes sense to set up everyone on the beginning of their journey's to the end of the show, but it doesn't make sense for anyone to just die. At least not for a season finale
He got on his knees so that he would be low enough for Arya to slash his throat.
Jon and dany will get married. He was always afraid of having a bastard.
there supposedly was a deleted scene during that sansa/arya mess where sansa supposedly went to bran for help, & they REALLY should not have cut that IMO
I love yalls reviews!! But iam ready for season 3 of Outlander!!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
If he didn't beg how could short Arya be able to cut his throat? Lianna knew Aegon was dead because she was at a castle and could get ravens.
Jamie finally found his balls and stood up to Cersi #JAMIEISABOSS
Here's my question. In the Sam and Bran meeting, if Bran knew that Jon's real name was Aegon Targaryen, then why did he tell Sam that Jon's name is Jon Sand? It was Sam who verified that Lyanna's marriage to Rhaegar was official. It would seem that Bran would had known that Jon was not a bastard - since he already knew Jon's real name.
Cersei didn't kill Tyrion because she need Dany and her Army up North battling the Night King, while she get the Golden Company safely to King Landing. It was cunning and ruthless by Cersei.
frostfire like an attack in wow
Winter is coming. This week's forecast: about 6 inches of Snow
Bran told Sansa. Don't forget about him being the 3 eye raven.
The real reason Pod and Bronn took off? A contract stipulation that sees that Lena and Jerome are never on set together because of past relationship woes.
This may have been said, but I think Jamie will head north, and bran will remember his "fall", so arya kills him and take a his face, then arya/jamieface goes to kings landing to kill cersi....thus sorta fulfilling the Maggie the frog prophecy...
I thought Dany is Johns Aunt, not cousin.
bran said he has it all but it is jumbled. sam was able to point him in the right direction and then bran can see rheagar and lyanna 's wedding
I dnt believe cersei will have a baby it will die some how because the witch told her she would only have 3 and they will die then she'll be killed so
The Hound is the Valonqor(sp).
oh and one more thought.....the nk can fly now sooooooooooo.....BYE ESSOS. thought this shit was just contained in westeros did ya? NOPE!
When the Night King comes to Winterfell with Viseryon, I honestly hope Bran will skinchange into the Dragon...
I dont think "Aegon" jon parents thought he was giong to fall in love with dany. Love this. Its just a show.
what if the night king goes to winterfell and Bran wargs into viserion?
Dany would be jons aunt. Not cousin.
Ice animating fire? Does not seem right to me. Why not a frost dragon if they had to do that?
Thedeepseanomad yeah and his fire bladder exploded when he died. Is the night's king a surgeon and fixed him?
It would have been better if they made an ice ramp to walk up to the wall or just freeze the sea and walk around the wall.
To me it´s more about dragons embidy fire (at leat the fire dragons) and the walkers embody Ice in some kind of ying-yang relationhip. If dragons are fire made flesh as Quaithe stated, then ice animating fire makes little sense. Why not just freeze the sea as you said? not cool enough?
yeah.
Why doesn't Bran know all of this?
Better question, How the hell could the Spider not know where Lyanna was or that she was preggers?
I have to say that I Loved this episode!! And I'm pretty sure that I'm going to go bald from waiting... I loved that Arya & Sansa completely played Littlefinger although just like you guys I'm not sure when and How that actually happened, but honestly there was no more cunning for him, he just had to go.. My favorite part is actually that Jaimie turned his back on Cercei, she has him basically as a sex toy and he is no longer sacrificing his honor for Cercei's madness... Skipping to the final scene... OMG that was intense!!! And terrifying!! It was awesome!!!! Just one quick question, What's with the holes on Vyserion wings???? I just don't get it.. Any ways great work guys, I love your reviews.. Edit: I'm also big on Tormund surviving!!! I love Tormund
Holes on the wings, I think just indicates that the dragon is dead and he's decaying?
alexys deborah I wondered about the holes to since technically he wouldn't be able to fly. Me and my imagination concluded there's ice there now to act as a sealant of some sort. lol
Jordles yes maybe is that, but he's been dead like 5 minutes though idk it just bothers me LoL
alexys deborah I think they played little finger from the moment Arya came back to winterfell. when they where standing on the castle wall sansa told Arya 'you were right about him all along' I think that shows that they pretended not to like each other from the beginning
I agree on the end of Littlefinger. It was not a fitting end for such a scheming character who's been around so long. He deserved something better
#BlameHotpie He stopped Arya from killing Cersei and because of that Jon went passed the wall to get a wight to convince Cercei. Dragon died and wall destroyed.
SPOILER ALERT!!!
dany and jon are gonna have a daughter and gonna name her Lyanna
Does anyone have a theory why Tyrion reacted the way he did when he saw Dany and Jon?
Simona Stoyanova I have a feeling he had a crush on Dany, and he was heartbroken on that scene
Steel Inquisitor I thought the same thing but I'm not sure that makes sense. I guess we'll wait a year.. or two . or three to find out 😁
We don't know what promise Tyrion made to Cersei to get her to pretend to see reason, I don't think it has anything to do with love for Dany, I think he's wrestling with what he had to do to get Cersei on board, maybe kill John?, Dany? We know from their conversation he's been doing everything he can to save his family, now that he thinks she's pregnant (still think this is bs), how far is he willing to go to save his family? Either way we won't know till next season.
in love with Dany and also torn between his family and his mission. i think he is going to betray Dany next season. too much emphasis on his love for his family, and cersei having a baby.
Bran can't see the future only what's happening or ever happened
It also seems like Jon (Aegon?!) might be the one to kill Cersei, given that he also falls under the category of little brother now (Book reference: ...the valonqar shall wrap his hands about your pale white throat and choke the life from you.)
Love this episode
americ!! go read dunk and egg it's really fun :D
How can any true game of thrones fans be pleased with the latest 2 seasons? There is just way to much stupidity going on and no realism, no depth. Its pure "fan" pleasing just like McDonalds.
Besides the fact that this season has been moving very fast I think it's be the best season yet. The spectrum of emotions that every episode brings is just amazing so I don't mind it being "fan" pleasing.
I love you guys. Your Awesome
America use audio book for Duncan and ag
I thought tormund and beric died!?
Cercei is on a kill list and, of course, the Hound wants the Mountain so I see them going on a assassination mission. Dani I don't believe will have a problem with Jon being a Targaryen. She is obviously quite sad about being the last of her house and having another Targaryen, especially one she respects and admires, will be something quite pleasing to her. That he is her nephew won't bother her as she was probably expecting to marry her brother before the whole Drogo of it all. Jon, on the other hand, I don't see him being okay with incest and his morality will rebel against it. Unfortunately for him a). he may well already be on his way to be a dad b). his feelings for her aren't just going to disappear and c). The armies of Dani will never follow him and Westeros will want him over her as he was raised in Westeros by one of the greater families and as a result a marrage is one of the better ways to unite them. While it is true that Jon won't want to be king, Jon also didn't want to be Lord Commander or King in the North either but he was given them by the people for what he did. As he was named King in the North while considered a bastard, most of the North will probably be behind him as heir to the throne and he will be inclined to oblige. So if they both survive, Jon will the King who doesn't want to be and married to a woman he hates himself for loving.
It may be kinder to let him go out in a blaze of glory: maybe dueling the Night King in the battle for Kings Landing before the Hound blows up the city with wildfire.
anyone realised cersei is on aryas kill list and the hound wants to revenge/mercy kill his brothers corpse ..... i see them both dying at the same time to arya AND the hound team up
Felt bad the LF died. TBH.
hmm does it really matter if Jon isn't Ned Stark's son? I mean...he can still be king in the north like everyone in the show wanting to be king/queen of that freaking throne
Sansa started playing LF at the end of 6-10, all the Arya stuff is real 6+ years of misconception and unknown of what happened on the road to and inside KL, doesn't just go away as childish games, it was all real up to and including Neds Death, up to including the GOF in Arya's room.
VOWS are important here, Brienne's to Cat, Jamie,Sansa, Sansa's to Brienne and Jamie's story on the many VOWS a knight has, how do you choose.
Sansa figured out what LF was going to do during the Arya Brienne sparring, ( 7-4 ) when Arya asked of Brienne's vow to Cat, they did a quick cut to Sansa giving a side look at LF, then she left. What does LF say in 7-6 he brings up Brienne's vow to Sansa, and to keep Brienne near, what did Sansa do, sent her to KL, it removed LF game play from his board. I believe Bran, Wolcum and Royce were in on Sansa's plan, Sansa meeting with Bran off screen.
Arya was indeed being played by LF as he was being played by Sansa, I believe Sansa told Wolcum to give that scroll to LF, after LF asked for it, but Wolcum went to Sansa first.
Also none of the Arya room stuff is from LF POV, if it was we be there with him, we were alone with the girls only.
Neither sister was totally sure of the other until the conclusion of Arya's bedroom scene, Arya must have believed Sansa since she gave her the dagger, and Sansa felt she could trust Arya. Sansa returned the dagger to Arya off screen, she may have told Arya all or had her talk to Bran. LF last lesson in 7-7 just cemented his fate as Sansa knows Arya didn't want to be a Lady.
My nickname is Jon snow
Aegjon
Aegon on the face!!! It's stupid, I'm sorry.
Now all I can think about is next season #blameameric
