There's nothing more important than ensuring Allah is worshipped alone! Other problems come after that

I am impressed by ustad Abdul Rahman may Allah guide him to clear concepts for Ummah.
how sad is it that saying the takbeer seems to insult them
The whole ideology of asking munhamed صلى الله عليه وسلم for help while he is in his grave is beyond me. Besides the fact that Ustatha abdul Al-Rahman argued his point and clearly pushed through solid evidence, baraka Allahu feek... it is beyond that there are Muslims who think it's ok. Like how.? How do you ask the creation of the creator ? how? اليس الله بكاف عبده؟ - "is Allah not sufficient for his slaves?" - Surah Az-Zumar verse 36. May Allah forgive us and guide us all and let our hearts embrace the tawhid in the creator
The way this debate was regulated was awful. The rules should've been a generalised concept of the way each person brought forth their points and answers, but if they were running over time when making a very important point they should have been allowed to continue. This is why these debates have always been so ineffective, and always leaves both sides thinking they are right. Asrar spent the majority of the time creating straw man and Abdul Rahman in turn spent so much time asking Asrar to actually answer his question. It should be a formal discussion where each take turns in answering questions asked by the other, without interrupting. People who came with the intention for Asrar to win the debate left thinking Asrar won, those who watched to find the haq know Abdurahman was clearly speaking the truth.
May Allah guide us all to the haqq, which is the deen of Allah that was conveyed by His Messenger and was understood perfectly by his companions; those very people whom Allah, the one that this religion belongs to,was pleased with. Ameen ya Rabb.
Asrar Rashid objected throughout the debate with Abdur Rahman Hassan that the Mushrikoon of Mecca believed in Tawheed Ar-Ruboobiyyah and that their issue was with accepting Tawheed Al-Uluhiyyah. ARH repeatedly reminded him of the verse,
"And most of them do not believe in Allah except that they commit shirk with Him. " Soorah Yousaf, 106
Of course Asrar had no answer to this verse and just to make it clear to the laymen, the salaf understood this verse to mean that the Mushrikoon believed in Ruboobiyah but not Uluhiyyah.
Ibn Abbas said about this verse,
"Their belief in Allah is that if you were to ask them who created the skies, and the earth and the mountains, they would respond, 'Allah'. Yet, they commit shirk (by worshipping other than Allah)" Tafsir at Tabari 16/286
The student of Ibn Abbas Ikrimah further clarified this in his statement,
"If you were to ask them who created them, and who created the heavens and the earth, they would say, 'Allah.' So that is the belief that they have of Allah, but despite this belief, they WORSHIP others." Tafsir at Tabari 16/286
Ikrimah did not say the mushrikoon give attributes of Allah's Ruboobiyah to their idols!!! He affirmed Ruboobiyyah for them and negated Uluhiyyah yet Asrar claims that one category of tawheed cannot be present without the other but rather both must be present.
Ikhwaan I pray Allaah guides everyone who reads this comment to the straight path, The whole Qur'an preaches tawheed and to not call upon anyone but Allaah, فلا تدعو مع الله أحدا, The prophet عليه الصلاة والسلام preached Tawheed for 13 years and in those 13 years he suffered great hardship, he was almost beaten to death when he went to Ta'if, for what? telling the people to worship Allah alone, This is a really fundamental point in Aqeedah and if you believe it is permissible to call upon the prophet عليه الصلاة والسلام you have to be CERTAIN beyond ANY DOUBT WHATSOEVER 110%, because in the end for those calling upon Allah alone we are definitely not committing any sin so In'sha'Allah we are safe but if you die calling upon the prophet عليه الصلاة والسلام and you find out in the akhirah it was shirk subhanAllah can you just imagine!!!, Let your slogan in life be فلا تدعو مع الله أحدا
"Therefore call not upon any one with Allah" (Surah Jinn ayah 18)
Do not risk your Akhirah!!!!!

Ok I'm going to drop one of the biggest bomb in the debate of istighatha and I would've used this myself if I were to debate Asrar Rashid.
So much hype and virtue surrounding calling upon the prophet ﷺ and so difficult to prove it. Imagine what you're trying to say. The prophet ﷺ left this dunya without explicitly telling his Ummah to continue benefitting from him and calling him after his demise. How could he not tell the Ummah and we need people centuries after that to tell us!
Did the prophet ﷺ do Khiyanah of the message ? La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah.
Or
Did the prophet ﷺ himself didn't know of this ability he had and hence he was Jahil of it but the Ash'aris have ilm of it?
Isn't this already part of part 1?

Shaykh Asrar does not beleive that it is permissible to make dua to The Holy Prophet صلي الله عليه وسلم
