I'm 50 years old and step in a hole last February. The next day I started losing feeling in my left leg and with in a month the right one. I'm currently in a wheelchair and was diagnosed with nerve degeneration and my legs draw up and stiffen out constantly causing a lot of pain. I listen to solfeggio and binarial beats a lot and they seem to help my pain. I plan to walk again soon and I'm using the power I was given at birth to do it! Go inside and find the God within and you can heal yourself. The neurologist can't figure out what to do so I will do it myself. We are co- creators of our destiny and can heal ourselves. I have nerve damage on my face and head following a bad case of shingles on my eye. It's incredibly painful and keeps me awake most nights. I've been listening to this for a few days. I keep it on in the background during the day, take a nap with it playing in the afternoon, and listen to it with headphones for about an hour before bed. While I listen, I visualize my nerves healing and functioning properly. I have noticed a definite positive difference in my pain level and was able to make it through the night without a pain med. So true. Ever since i'm in so much pain and with many health issues and doctors can't figure out how to help me. I keep thinking wow! when i used to be so healthy and fill with energy and life i didn't know how lucky i was and i used to worry or get angry of little things. I keep looking at people around me and i think: they have no idea how lucky they are without unbearable pain everyday.

Do they tell you to stop taking hot showers or bath (cold only) or do deep breathing for 30 minutes daily? You may want to take B12 vitamins daily. There are also anti inflammatory diets you can check into. I have seen weighted massager blankets that may help increase bloodflow. Last, but not least go to channel for Yoga With Olga and ask her which routine(s) you need to work on. Do your best to complete them 3x a week. Good luck. It will take long to heal but I believe doing ALL these things can help over time. Think of a tree growing or something. It won't happen quickly. You will know it is working because you will get through the yoga video, eventually. If we are made in Gods image, then I submit to you that HE wants to do the least amount of work possible. Give HIM all the help needed and reset your conditions for the miracle to transpire.

I have arthritis in my hands. Was prescribed all sorts pills. Took them for a few days. Pain just got worse and I stopped taking the pills now only taking paracetamol morning and bedtime only. This video is amazing. I have numerous nasty diagnosis for my neck and back and have been in acute excruciating pain for almost a year on top of chronic pain for decades. Pinched nerve caused by bone spurs affecting my left side. Completely unable to partipate in daily life and shopping for wheelchairs. Today I had an appt with the spine doctor and we discussed surgery, after at least one more cervical injection. I am terrified of surgery. But the pain that was forcing me into that painful operation is gone now. GONE!!! I'm half way through the video and my neck just cracked in the most amazingly awesome ways and moved/shifted in places it has been unable to move in YEARS! I believe the bone spur or whatever was pinching the nerve released it when I move my head and the bone " cracked", like a chiropractor would do. My shoulder and neck DO NOT hurt at all now but just a few hours ago I was crying in pain and using ice packs. My mind is blown. This is amazing. Synchronicity brought me here after a very tough, stressful day... And I have begun my healing. Thank you thank you thank you. From the bottom of my grateful heart, I thank you.

Nothing in particular, you are right. There is much for humans to learn. To establish proper hold of the bones, so your cervical spine is not lax, the only treatment is ligament and tendon regeneration with BOTH prolotherapy and platelet rich plasma. The body does vibrate to sound and clear away superfluous signaling of pain, for example, and the patterns we hang on to but it does not regenerate the ligaments and tendons. Regeneration is needed to strengthen the tissue and vibration is beneficial. Many parts of the the body can do some healing with sound due to circulation but ligaments and tendons have almost no blood flow and so require intervention. Most of your understanding of what happened when you listened to the vibes is incorrect but the outcome is good of course. Look into what I’m sharing with you. Seek and ye shall find, ask and it shall be opened to you.

Hey Laura - maybe my story can help you! I've had Trigeminal Neuralgia for about 2 years when finally I figured why it happened to me. I had impacted wisdom teeth too, but in the end it turned out my Trigeminal Neuralgia was caused by black mold in my bathroom which had been silently spreading until finally revealing itself. The pain through my body is consuming and exaughsting! 😩🙍 sleeping at night is excruciating, getting up in the morning is like I worked hard at all night! Ugh.

Thank you for this as its helping me so much. I felt really dark last night with nerve pain in my back and legs from a gym injury. Im on tramadol and diclofenic and spending alot on chiropractors that make it worse, physios and masseurs in the hope of helping it. Been 5 months and it feels like forever. I have a horrible nerve pain as a result of a broken tooth and I had to wait a while before seeing a dentist. The pain is enough to make you cry, and it's almost impossible to sleep through, but I had this playing while I laid in bed and honestly I was impressed how after 10 minutes the pain faded and I was able to get some sleep.

Heres another one with horrible tooth pain! Or now it is tooth extraction pain and i got dry socket which is absolutely horrible and i have been in pain for 2 weeks. I have listened healing music for tha past two days and i have started to feel weird tingling around my cheek and my extracted tooth! Maybe those are the nerves healing finally. This is extraordinarily interesting & grateful. Along with my healing mantras and my energy work I listened to this after an ultrasound test found a DVT in my groin.... After listening to this for 11 hours straight I requested a 2nd ultrasound and the DVT which was originally diagnosed as being in my groin which I saw a picture of.... I'm having some unknown nerve issues on both my thighs, knees, and left arm to elbow. I've been to multiple doctors and no one has an answers besides wait for your neurology appointment. Sometimes i rather die than to live with pain daily. Just too much to handle, nerve pain, tinnitus, neck injury, leg numbness. Six weeks post surgery to repair my broken humerus right arm….sprained ankle and knee…. Been using various music for pain, general healing, lymph system and bone healing…. Been to dr. My body developed multiple myeloma 2017 and suddenly I was getting mega doses of powerful, intense chemo, twice four days in a row around the clock pumping poison into this beautiful body. Reading the comments has been encouraging. I have very painful neuropathy, two torn knee meniscus, knee fracture. Recovering from concussion; and have severe cervical stenosis and shredded ankle tendon. Take a lot of meds, but try to stay away from the addictive kind for pain. I want to feel good! I want to be naturally healthy and enjoy whatever time I've got left on earth. I want to take long walks again...i live in paradise...the Pacific Northwest.
