They always update too and add more tunes. But relaxing piano and Aquascapes seem to be the only match. Maybe I could do a high energy build video with heavy metal to mix it up! 🤣
Just keeps getting better and better. I really like this aquascape the most. I think you should get a bunch of green neons and some pygmy corys for stocking.
Thanks Ed! I agree with you and other commenters that a fish other than orange or red should be the choice. I am worried that Corys may destroy the substrate and mix it all up or reveal the foam under the rocks. Never had them before so I don’t know how much they dig.
Shrimp would be cool crawling all over the rocks. Maybe some cherry shrimp, pigmy corys and some sort of rasbora for the mid part of the tank. Or a small group of red bellied Endlers? Great work, looks amazing!
Thank you. Definitely will be some shrimp in the tank. I have red, orange, and blue breeding currently. Rasboras are an option but I may lean away from red/orange fish to honest. I think they would be lost with the color scheme of this scape as others have mentioned. It’s a hard decision for sure and I appreciate your input. 🤘
Very ambitious! I love how you keep pushing yourself. Couple things to consider: The Hygrophilia P also grows (arguably better) as an epiphyte, like the anubias. The Monte Carlo may have a hard time without any substrate beneath it. Fingers crossed. As for stocking may I suggest a large group of Espei Rasbora? They are smaller and more metallic then their bigger cousins, the Harlequin.
Thank you. I am trying to evolve my skills every scape. I have the hygro P just glued to the backside of the rocks. Trying the epiphyte route with that. I am crossing fingers on the Monte Carlo as well. Gonna fert the water to see if it’ll survive. Hope you liked the metal pointing stick in the vid. Gave props to you for it. 😁 I’ll look into the rasboras as well.
I absolutely love that scape! I have dragon stone in my 75 gal. I wish I had enough to do the same thing you did. That is so gorgeous! I think it would look awesome with cardinal tetras or any blue or green nano fish. Love it!
Thanks Fran! It would be costly to do something similar in a 75G but think how awesome a long mountain range would look in that tank? ::::looks at my 76g and grabs chin in deep thought::::🤣 But seriously, try it in a small scape. I got my dragon stone on eBay. Try to find a seller with free shipping and you could grab some more to add to your current stock that’s pretty affordable. Get more superglue than you think you’ll need. I had to go get more half way through. (9 total tubes) If you give it a go, I’d like to see what you come up with. My contact email is in my info on the channel home page. 🤘 I think you’re correct on the fish. Blue or green for sure
@@ssaquascapes I have a couple small tanks too.....mine are established but I might see what I can find to do something. It will probably be awhile! I will email you a pic when I finally get it done. Love the channel. I've been subscribed since your third video. Good stuff!
Thanks for being a channel OG! 🤘 It’s hard to break down an established tank, but if you have an aquarium you won’t sit in front of for an hour staring into it, that’s the one to break down and rescape!
Ok “followed” TK1… #2 when you get as big as MD remember us lil folk 😅… #3 NOTHING is boring!!!! I want to see all of it even if it’s just a time lapse ❤ #4 no video is to long! Oh and use black co2 line to hide it Emerald eye rasbora are small excellent schooling fish with a brilliant eye that catches the light.. imo anything red/orange will be lost against the color of the rock and sand.. Excellent video! Thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you!
Awesome! TK is very talented too. I don’t think I’d ever surpass MD. He is an OG and I am definitely a fan boy. It’s hard to balance a video between information and interest. Most viewers have very short attention spans nowadays so I try to keep it moving along as smoothly as possible. As UA-camrs we think everything we film is important. In editing we have to cut most of it out. For ex: this video started out as 3h 43m of footage in my editor. 🤣 I like your idea of black co2 line and staying away from red or orange fish. Good thinking. I’ll definitely keep that in mind and as always, thanks for the support 🤘
@@ssaquascapes you can just send that 3h 43m video to me then lmao I’ll watch it 👀😅🤣 Yea MD has definitely been an inspiration to me as well. Such amazing work from him as well as MJ
To be honest, i really didn't like the dragon stone by itself, appearance wise to me it was just too much. Once you added plants, it changed the whole ascetic of the scape. Very well done.
Thank you. I stared at it for days during the build and felt the same. Almost lost interest in the project as the texture is very busy. Once it grows in I think we will both enjoy it more. Thanks for the honesty; I value your input 🤘
Thank you. Plant business is going well. I am still looking for an affordable web hosting company with integrated shipping. They all want way to much monthly. I have been selling on eBay. You can search my store there at SS Aquascapes. Been successful there and mostly out of stock. Waiting for a little plant growth. Thanks for the interest and support. Means a lot🤘
Very well done. When it all grows in its going to be beautiful. Thanks for sharing 💗👍✌️💯
Thank you. Appreciate you watching!
The universal aquascapers music lol. Great scape, thanks for the video!
🤣 yup. We are limited by copyright free music in our editors and we all use the same 3. 🤣
@ssaquascapes it's a great choice! Always find myself enjoying it while watching lol

Celestial pearl Danios would look good in that tank
CPDs have been in my list. Not many places for them to hide either 😉
Good suggestion

Wow!! Great work. very impressive. bent over all day scaping, how's the back? not gonna lie, kinda reminds me of "Castle Grayskull"
Man, three total days bent over a tank, you know this old back was screaming for a week after! 🤣
I think a big group of ember tetra a few otocinclus and maybe (not sure) some blue shrimp.
I have blue shrimp breeding so that’s and option. Good color choice. I wonder if embers will get lost in the color-scheme of the rocks though?
@@ssaquascapes I think the brightness and swimming habits of the embers will draw the eye.
