U2 A Sort of Homecoming 2017 Guitar Cover Lesson - Fender The Edge Stratocaster

This is my first attempt at The Joshua Tree 2017 version of this song. Tried figuring this out between online tabs and my old U2 guitar book "The Best of U2". Delay settings seem close and used the bridge pickup for a bit more drive since I don't own a Gibson Explorer.
Also, try listening with headphones on for the delay settings.

Great job Rod! I would recomend you to use the herdim picks, they are so escencial for the Edge sound! I would also recomend a little bit of overdrive, but all in all, it sounds very good, congrats! greetings from argentina.

What did you set the delay at? In the Wide Awake version, I don’t think he uses much delay, but this one he does

370 ms seems to work

@@mjbanka17 Yeah my Amplitude I have a shorter delay first set to 230ms with 12% repeats/feedback, and 25% mix, then a second delay set to 370ms with 18% repeats/feedback and 40% mix.
