Sweet beat once it kicks in - love the sound, really chilled, and I'm loving the sounds your blending with the guitar. Looks like a really easy flow with the Boss RC505, I use Ableton, and it's taken me ages to come up with a flow that works... Keep it chilled man...
The best thing Ive found by accident in a long time 😊... Ive been wanting to get a butterscotch blonde tele for a long time now. You and your music are very inspirational. Thank you!
Yo dude, I dont kow if your dutch so i just talk in English! I just bought an rc505 and I realy like the workflow, just so many possibilities. Looping in Ableton was realy killing my creativity, I just wanted to jam out just like you.. Since you record your jams sraight from the 505; how did you manage to record the output o the 505? Do you monitor from your field recorder or do you have two master outputs with one output to the recorder? I hope you can answer my question. Keep on jammin! Greetz, Jasper
Jasper Kloosterman, nice that you got it. I bet you'll have a lot of fun with it :) I tried several options for recording, but i always needed a mixer. So i just take the left and right output from the 505 to my mixer. From my mixer i have one output to my speakers. And the other output goes to my field recorder. But lately i started recording the left and right channel individually on my computer. So the output from the mixer goes to my audio interface. I hope this helps :) , feel free to ask
@@uevo Wow interesting, Thanks! So its not possible to record the 505 straight into my fieldrecorder? I don't realy get the use of the mixer or is it just to split the audio signal?
Jasper Kloosterman , Yeah it's just so i can split the signal to my speakers and to the field recorder. You can also send it directly to the field recorder, but you can't monitor it on speakers at the same time. I use a cable from 2 jacks to 1 minijack
Hey, the MK3 is a usb controlled midi controller so has to go in to the computer. The computer i have connected with and audio interface to the Boss RC505
So mk3 to computer via USB. Then rc505 audio out to an interface. So the interface is taking in the sounds of the rc505 or sending out the sounds of the mk3 to rc505 via USB interface. And via what cable? I'm sitting in front my gear and trying to figure this out now haha. Sorry newbie
Haha no worries, i remember i struggled with it for a while. So the audio interface sends the sounds to the 505. I used a cable from 2 jacks, to 1 mini jack. This way it can go in the aux input in the 505. The jacks went in the output of the interface. 1 cable left 1 right.
You can also take the instruments input in the 505, if youre not using this. Important thing is that you have to get the output of the audio interface in to the 505 somehow :)
What input does keyboard use to connect to looper? To be honest what I am really asking is, is it possible to loop with both a keyboard and a guitar with the rc-30
tidy shirt , hey man. Yess ofcourse. I have my keyboard connected to my laptop, and my laptop sends it to my audio interface, and then the audio interface goes to my aux input in the 505. Then you can just connect your guitar into the instrument input. The other option is putting both the output from your audio interface and your guitar into a mixer, and just one cable to the looper. Hope it helps, if you have any questions just ask :)
@@uevo I think this should work out, as I use bias fx to produce my guitar sounds then plugging into my audio interface to my looper, I guess I just have to plug in to my keyboard and Chuck both through the interface and then from looper to speakers. I have ordered a keyboard and am very excited!! Cheers man. Helped heaps, also insane work dude, this is exactly the kinda stuff I'm looking to do
@@uevo it works man, one question tho about recording. Atm I have keyboard and guitar plugged into audio interface via USB and input jack, and then all of this is outputting to my looper and from there the signal is going to either a speaker or headphones. If I was to want to record this, how would I go about that? One thing to note is that I am using software to produce audio sounds for both guitar and keys, so I can't really have audio interface as the last thing in the chain.
@@atidyshirt , yeah this is a difficult one. I'll try to explain what I did. For starters i used a mixer after the output from the 505. Here I split it in to a signal to my speakers, and the other signal went in to my field recorder. This is one option, you could also just send the output from the looper straight to a field recorder, and work with headphones. A strange way to record which I now use, is also with the mixer after the looper. One channel to my speakers, but now the other channel goes back in to my audio interface. This is weird because my audio interface also sends the sounds, this means its important that I have the input channels muted, to avoid feedback. And I have to preset all the sounds I want to use. I hope it helps :)
@@uevo I see, basically I would probs go with first option, (have to spend some money). Also one other thing that I'm not sure on is, because I am producing a mono output from my looper, how would I get output to go into left and right ears instead of just left? This isn't a big deal, but as you seem to have no issue answering my questions thought I'd better ask. Also what field recorders are good for the money? Thanks a whole heap btw man, this has helped heaps
Well done brother from Kingdom of Morocco 🇲🇦 go on 👏👏👏👏👏

This was a very fun tune you put together. I really like the guitar effect you used on the lead.
Nice groove man.
nice love that
Sweet jams on all your videos, gotta get me 505

Dig it man. keep it up. I have the Boss Looper pedal. This 505 is a whole new level! Guess im buying this next.
Simple et efficace !
DOPE!!!!!!!!!
Nice flow :)
Nickel pas mal , c'est quoi ta carte son ?
DO YOU USED MIXER BOARD FOR BASS AND GUITAR AND OTHER INSTRUMENT TO CONECT TO RC 505
NO I JUST SEND THOSE DIRECTLY TO THE LOOPER!
What chords where those for the first two progressions? Loved that
Second progression is Just different variations of the first chords played over them ?
Hey thanks man!
If I'm correct it is
C#m7 - C#m7 - Emaj9 - D#m7 ------ C#m7 - C#m7 - G#m7 - F#
I hope this helps :)
@@4eyenuocngoai847 hehe, it's basically just the same chords but a different sound and rhythm :)
