As a Lakers fan, I can honestly say that I haven't been this excited for a Lakers season in years, mostly because of the young talent, but also how that young talent fits around LeBron, A D. and some of those other veterans. I'm not concerned about a championship right now, I just want to enjoy the journey and hope this team is the best it can be around playoff time. I'm also excited about our new coach JJ Reddick. I don't know what to expect, but I'm hoping for the best.
Lots of questions that still need to be answered, but plenty to be optimistic about!

2 biggest things are Gabe Vincent and Vanderbildt starting the season healthy. They still need a strong athletic Center.

9 man rotation is fine I think. I assume what he means is there will be 9 that will 100% will get minutes. The others will fill out garbage time and if they improve over the season they may move up or down

I mean.. business is Easy to me.. you have a big asset, a 15ish First round pick that you didnt play last year.. JHS Needs to play, Dalton not.. not now.. the Lakers management and coaching staff would be completely Crazy if they do that, killing any chances your asset become a real player..
means absolutely nothing. the guys getting paid will get the mins. they guys who fans think deserve the mins will ride the bench, be packaged in a trade, or will look bad once they get sporadic playing time and won't look great till they're traded or signed to another team. no one seems to play right in the laker jersey. shit has been consistent for over a decade
That remains to be seen. Remember, the Lakers have a new coach who appears to be a bit different than the last coach. We'll have to wait and see.
I disagree because you have a player first shooting coach now… not that potato head Darvin ham who wouldn’t use Max Christie or wouldn’t allow DLo to be played right/or get in rhythm.
If somebody is shooting poorly I don’t see them getting their playing time taken away riding the bench until lakers need some Hail Mary 3s and they get put in like Darvin Ham did DLo Last year expecting him to just knock down shots.
What I do know for sure is Rob Pelinka needs to get Anthony Davis some help. A big man rim protecting shooter… stop making this man be the only person under the hoop grabbing a board against Four opposing players and stop sending all the players straight down hill and expecting AD to do all the defense

Was disappointed to hear about him not be ready to go for training camp day 1. Hopefully he gets right for later this week and preseason.
