I would not criticize JV, since it is a sore subject and he wants to put some miles on the feet and see. Give him a break JSM. That med staff sucked for several players last season. Good riddance. Their 3 biggest issues last year were: 1. Med Staff, 2. Hamm 3. Rob Pelinka. You know who will be next to GO!
Vando can’t be mad if he can’t stay healthy
I mean he can be frustrated though knowing how long and grueling the process if from recovering from a lower-body injury. Deprived of running normally is like the most essential part of basketball so of course he's gonna be frustrated when reporters constantly ask him his timetable when it's honestly really hard to predict when you've fully healed.
I'm only saying this cause I've had a calf strain from basketball over a month ago and it's been very hard to tell if I'm healthy or not just cause strains or tears are much harder to heal then broken limbs. The urge to play is also their and it's frustrating when I wanna just hoop but can't
@everythinglakers1713 Had a torn calf muscle, it took a year to recover and a little longer to recover mentally.

Think Vando was upset because he was talking to MB? Remember MB was the one that put out about his progress and that he hadn't had surgery during the season, which was common knowledge but it was presented in a way that made it seem like he hadn't gotten a procedure in the off-season and that caused a lot of unnecessary hate to be sent his way. When the reality was JV had gotten surgery from the beginning of the off-season. And MB was the one that started that rumor that went viral and caused hate to be sent Vando's way. So maybe he was unhappy talking to the reporter that was the reason behind all that. Or he could have just been frustrated with conversation around the foot in general or a little of both.
Either way hope he comes back even stronger!
Christian Wood is by far the best 2nd big option for the Lakeshow. If they are going to make a serious run this season Wood needs to have significant meaningful minutes.
