@@laughactive, I liked that it was a classic class of all Core Exercises that just happened to be ones I really enjoy, and I love how it moved along -- at such a nice, very even and gentle pace. I liked having a transition after *every* exercise -- I don't always, but in a shorter video, I really appreciated it. I also liked the contrast of going from things like Quiet Laughter to more boisterous laughter, for example. Usually, a 15 minute class doesn't give me enough aerobic and other benefits, yet this one is great for the reasons stated above. : )
