Kripp milled his Reno in the first game, so he decided to Gang-Up Doomsayer instead; second game he beat a secret Hunter who kept SMOrcing, third game he "calculated" and left himself 1 hp (One Hit Point Matter new materials boyz); the last game he drew all Preps, Shadowsteps, Backstabs and Gang Ups with barely any minions, so he conceded. Win rate at the end 13-9. You're welcome.

I played mill before GaNG uP. It will still work after it rotates out.
+Jonathan Castilla the rotation won't happen next expansion, but in april/may. So we'll have more mill for some time :)

Try using lorewalker cho, it's pretty good in mill, you can control pretty well the hand size of the enemies, dumping terrible spells like vanish and deadly poison for classes that don't have weapons, also it can get a lot of value by copying spells and disrupting turns easily
You don't want to give them gang up though, since part of the point of mill decks is having more cards in your deck than your opponent
so you don't cast gang up while lorewalker is up =)
also only one gang up is needed

Joseph Nolan nope, ofc there is rng but also a lot of skill involved mainly by knowing what gives you the best changes to win, knowing what to play around and many more factors are involved. hearthstone is a skillful game even though you can get fked by randomness.

+Qwertycal I don't remember the name, but there is a new Druid card that says "Choose one: summon a Jade Golem OR shuffle three copies of this card into your deck." So you can basically keep shuffling more and more copies of this same card into your deck and therefore never go into fatigue.

Kripp, you ever thought of putting nat the dark fisher in the deck? I run it and seems to help a little so that way your not always milling yourself when oracle is played. Just a suggestion

a 10 mana 10-30 is actually balanced because if it was to exist every single deck would run as much hard removal as it can. you can have a 10 mana 30-30 but it doesnt maen shit if it gets polymorphed.

There has always been a slight flaw in Kripp saying 1 drops are massively overstatted, the value of the actual card. So tunnel trog wouldn't become a ten mana 10/30. It would become a ten mana 10/30, battlecry discard 9 cards because you would be playing the equivalent of ten tunnel trogs, and that requires ten cards.

One and two drops are "overstated" says Krip. In Krip's world one drops should be 1/1s and suck and 2 drops should be 2/2s and suck. Makes sense compared to 8/8s that deal 8 damage to another creature for free or 10 drops that can be X/X deal X when played or 5 drops that are 5/5 can be played for free.

i hope that in the next expansion, since there are all these hold mechanics coming into play, that mill decks actually might become a viable option :)

Kripp is such a baby about aggro/tempo decks even though lots of people enjoy them. not everyone wants control.
Longer games take more decisions and therefore more opportunities to differentiate between good and bad players
The people that enjoy aggro decks enjoy them because they don't have the skill to calculate the decisions they would have to make in a combo/control deck.
I can't believe that having left hearthstone a year ago that face decks still exist and work in the game.

He said he doesn't mind 1 drops being slightly overstated. But 4 stats with very very easy way to increase it is pretty OP
I had an idea for a card for mill decks but not sure what it would be costed at. What would you guys think "Draw 3 cards from the enemy player's deck." be? I was thinking 6 or7 mana.
well drawing bad is the main problem of every deck isn't it? LUL
non combo archetypes doesn't struggle with it that much, for ex. aggro or zoo
Not for aggressive decks, that's what makes them so powerful. When almost all of your deck is trash you can play for low mana or spells that deal damage there is no bad draw.
a few of the stronger decks just can't draw a bad hand because all 30 cards are roughly equivalent. aggro paladin and zoo lock are the only ones in this meta tbh. midrange shaman itself can draw really poorly, like just missing tunnel troggs, spirit claws, totem golems, and feral spirits in the first few turns. and secret paladin used to draw really poorly from time to time, because the deck has a ton of 1-mana secrets and only 2 mysterious challengers. so if your opening hand is all secrets, and muster for battle, minibot, and mysterious challenger are somehow at the bottom of the deck, it's pretty easy to lose. same goes for freeze mage. these decks all have ridiculous high end, meaning their potential is really high. so when they win, they win by a huge margin and absolutely crush the opponent. but they also have a deep low end, meaning when they lose it's often not in a marginal top deck war. the reason people have consistently played decks like aggro paladin, zoo lock, mech mage, and aggro shaman, is because they have no low end. they may not have the strongest high end, but they are the most consistent decks because there is no way for their opening hand to be bad (i.e. full of cards that are too expensive or unable to contest the board or protect the hero's life total)

Mill N'Zoth rogue is quite decent (at least in wild).

Same thing just happened to me, luckily I played against a Priest and so I still won, but that game sure was dry.

9:45 The reason Kripp thinks 1 and 2 drops are so busted is because he's not factoring in the card cost. Two small minions might have the same stats as one large, but those two small minions cost an extra card to play.

If you think this mill is fun, Kripp you have to create a wild, mill, N'zoth rouge. this deck actually wreaks in wild and it reminds me of MTG mill decks. if you need some help making it just ask and I'll give mine. I was trying to keep it to myself but I've seen no one highlight it.

I play a version of this I call "The Wall" in wild and it reks. Run deathlords and deathrattle taunt alongside your fav mill setup and u pretty much got it.

That's a lot of cards for such a shitty combo.
boar(1)+rockbite(3)r+abusive(2) is 6 dmg, 12 with windfury, so yes u need 2 boars+ faceless for OTK, and since u need 2 boards thats why u need 2 windurys (althouth it should be enough without the 2nd boar having windfury unless the oponnent has armor)
