if you don't wanna be hungry the whole day while trying to lose weight this way, we are in the same boat. just have 2 meals a day or even ONE meal a day and eat all that in one sitting. you'll be satisfied (imo) cause you'll be so full. it's great. I hate having to divide my calories for a whole day. it makes me hungry AF and I'll end up eating too much, so I rather stay with an empty stomach (coffee, water, tea intake all day) and enjoy my big meal in the evening :-)
Don’t you stay hungry the whole time little coffee and tea won’t help
I’ve done OMAD but it’s a bit tough going from super hungry to super full each day. There’s no need for that much stress, but I get the idea of how it could work well when the deficit has been for too many days and you just want to feel a full stomach
