Almost all these watches have well-known, reliable, movements. The workmanship and QC may slip from time to time but more often than not you get more than what you paid for. Thanks for the review. Keep it going. I subscribed.

Not all AliExpress watches are bad. For example brands like Sea-Gull are legit watchmakers who don't even need to be on AliExpress but while they are, we should take full advantage! 😄 Also San Martin makes some great quality original design watches for sub $200. More such examples out there. I do appreciate you taking the time to comment here.

My recommendation is to stop reviewing and recommending these sub $50 watches. These are the stereotypical crappy watches that people think of when they think of Chinese watches. Chinese watches are so much better than this now. Let's stick with the high quality brands that really produce high quality watches at a great price.

Appreciate your comment here. A lot of people do prefer cultivating this habit (read addiction) on a budget so reviewing affordable watches is just as important. That said, I do agree with you that the Chinese watch industry has some good and respectable brands/watches. Check out my latest video on Seagull watches. Seagull for example makes a lot of great watches (and produces the most number of mechanical movements) and takes pride in their Chinese heritage and watchmaking quality.
