I have recently turned over an executive studio unit facing the south on the 22nd floor. Sort of regretted the purchase. I paid P5.083M for a 39 Sq M unit, Closing cost for turn over P264 K. HOA P120 per Sq Meter + water consumption Each unit has its own electric and water meter. The Administrative and Security were very professional and accommodating. My regret was the workmanship of the construction was subpar. Lots of chips on the flooring tile due installer negligence to protect the flooring from ongoing work. Tile Grouting was so poorly done. Kitchen countertops low quality granite installed very bad. The overall building contractor did a poor job. Onsite gym very basic, 1 of 2 treadmill OOC for over a month. If your expecting high quality workmanship this is not the condo you want. I have been to other condo thru out the city and the build quality are almost the same or worst.
