Saint Honore at Megaworld Iloilo Turned-over & Furnished Studio Unit Tour

This is a studio unit tour we recently stayed. Located in Saint Honore building but its layout is the same for all studio in both Saint Honore & Saint Dominique buildings. Applies to 24sqm units only.

I have a unit on the 9th floor but i will design it to make it comfy. Sorry to say this is too basic for me just to get it rented.

I think the owner set it up for max capacity rental.

Better to buy a Megaworld condo in Boracay Newcoast. The condos there have 1 bedroom 39 sq meter and same finishings but are furnished with tv, couch, washing machine, refrigerator, bed, dinning table and chairs and more. They cost a little more than these but make money. Plus they are in Boracay. ;)

I found the 24sqm area very confined. After all the furnishing there's not much left to move around.
