A bit of the problem with Doctor Manhattan is that we haven't really seen him tested a lot, we know he has Molecule Man style warping powers, we know he can reconstitute himself after a disintegration and that he doesn't need food or oxygen and can shapechange or duplicate, but after that... we don't know all that much. Doctor Manhattan came from a universe where he was basically the only superhuman (Ozymandias might qualify on a much lesser level, maybe also the Comedian and his daughter, but these guys aren't even Wolverine or Spider-Man level supers), so he's never faced the likes of magic, telepathy, an opposing reality warper like Firestorm or his own inspiration Captain Atom (who DM is obviously far above both, but we still don't know if he could resist them like we know with Molecule Man or the Marquis of Death), or other cosmic level beings like Darkseid or the Anti-Monitor. This will change fairly soon of course once Batman and Justice League etc gets to him, likely for the DC winter event, and then Rob could do a video on that, presuming DM survives that. He may have universal reality warping, or he may have used the massive Flashpoint paradox and just guided it along to the lines he wanted rather than just do it all by his own power, but presumably we'll know fairly soon.

This is why he became Rabum Alal and made the Swans and so on, to speed it up. So, I wonder if a telepath would be able to effect Pre-retcon molecule man? He and the Beyonder both fight at a speed thousands of times faster than a normal human is capable of perceiving or something along those lines according to the Celestials, which means that his mind has to operate at incredible speed as well, and much like the Flash, this may mean that telepaths are unable to perceive his thoughts. Not a clue if this is the case, but thought I would mention the possibility.
You can't actually hurt his body, this is just another manifestation of his insecurities, everytime 616 Owen has been physically hurt or even split into atoms - he was able to reform into new body. He doesn't actually need a body. And as far as telepathy concerned, Molecule men did scan the minds of universal abstracts like Living tribunal, eternity and others in the same story he fought the beyonder across all dimensions and fixed the multiversal damage caused by him. No other telepath's ever done that. So he can mix drape anyone trying to touch his mind.

I've wondered for quite some while now. How does the ability to manipulate molecules make you a reality warper? Let's say you transform a glas of water into a banana. You're not changing reality, at least not in a more profound way than I could do by getting myself a banana from the kitchen. You are "simply" transforming matter. Warping reality would mean to conjure up a banana from nothingness, or even better, to make it so, that the glas of water has been a banana all along.
He has a Omniverse in a shoebox, he can create matter where there is no matter. So, yes, he is capable of reality warping, the name Molecule Man is just a bit irritating. He can do whatever he thinks off. He could literally turn his DNA into a superman like structure to be indestructible and just remove the trait that makes him vulnerable to kryptonite. There are literally no boundaries to his powers, for me, MM/The Beyonder are #2 right after the one above all.

Time Traveling to before he had all his powers would certainly work. I don't feel that Mastermind would work though. He can affect our 5 basic senses but the reason why the Molecule Man is so dangerous, and why he can sense attacks before they reach him is because he is in tune with the molecules around him. So he would be able to tell that his other senses were wrong about where the molecules are. When his body was wounded in Secret Wars, this was also before he was able to control organic molecules. He has come a long way since then and I would dare say that he would have modified his body and probably his mind to be less open to attacks. If there are beings that are able to regenerate themselves from a single cell, I have no doubt that the Molecule Man would have incorporated this ability into his own body, or figured out how to keep himself conscious as his molecules are displaced (Even if exploded).

Niels Peter Jespersen there are some very powerful mutants. for example, I'm sure he could make great use from storms ability to fly or an ability to read people's minds. it makes him so overpowered!
He isn’t able to give him self powers or abilities that don’t directly affect physical capabilities, and it would be too difficult for him to change parts of his DNA to give himself the mutant gene because he is not a geneticist. He downright loses to any true reality warper, anyone capable in the mystic arts, anyone who can attack with energy, and anyone who can defeat him without being noticed.
Pre Beyonder is unkillable anyway, for the simple reason that his "existence" is beyond the Marvel existence/multiverse. No matter theories, you can't kill someone who isn't part of the existence itself and especially someone who is billion times bigger than the whole marvel multiverse, where he is all, which means billion times stronger.
But what about his fight with the Sentry? Molecule Man was completely destroyed to the particle level but simply recreated himself afterwards... Maybe he can revive himself infinitly???

I wonder how well the straightforward method of "A good speedster with a knife" would work. Run fast enough that he can't react/think in time, and since he's just a normal human, there are plenty of places a six-inch blade can go that make us stop working fast.
List of things that molecule man cannot manipulate: Any form of electromagnetic radiation. == lasers, X-rays, heat, all of which are potentially fatal. He also should't be able to transmute substances, since that is a sub-molecular process.

So, I wonder if a telepath would be able to effect Pre-retcon molecule man? He and the Beyonder both fight at a speed thousands of times faster than a normal human is capable of perceiving or something along those lines according to the Celestials, which means that his mind has to operate at incredible speed as well, and much like the Flash, this may mean that telepaths are unable to perceive his thoughts.
Not a clue if this is the case, but thought I would mention the possibility.
You can't actually hurt his body, this is just another manifestation of his insecurities, everytime 616 Owen has been physically hurt or even split into atoms - he was able to reform into new body. He doesn't actually need a body. And as far as telepathy concerned, Molecule men did scan the minds of universal abstracts like Living tribunal, eternity and others in the same story he fought the beyonder across all dimensions and fixed the multiversal damage caused by him. No other telepath's ever done that. So he can mix drape anyone trying to touch his mind.

Marvel has too many powerhouses on this reality multiverse shit. To me, the highest level of power that actually impressed me was World War Hulk and Thor with two hammers and later the God Slayer.

I've wondered for quite some while now. How does the ability to manipulate molecules make you a reality warper? Let's say you transform a glas of water into a banana. You're not changing reality, at least not in a more profound way than I could do by getting myself a banana from the kitchen. You are "simply" transforming matter. Warping reality would mean to conjure up a banana from nothingness, or even better, to make it so, that the glas of water has been a banana all along.
He has a Omniverse in a shoebox, he can create matter where there is no matter.
So, yes, he is capable of reality warping, the name Molecule Man is just a bit irritating.

Physics must work differently in the Marvel multiverse in order for most of their advanced machines to work, meaning we don't know how physics works in the Marvel multiverse, meaning whatever they say goes.
Time Traveling to before he had all his powers would certainly work. I don't feel that Mastermind would work though. He can affect our 5 basic senses but the reason why the Molecule Man is so dangerous, and why he can sense attacks before they reach him is because he is in tune with the molecules around him. So he would be able to tell that his other senses were wrong about where the molecules are. When his body was wounded in Secret Wars, this was also before he was able to control organic molecules. He has come a long way since then and I would dare say that he would have modified his body and probably his mind to be less open to attacks. If there are beings that are able to regenerate themselves from a single cell, I have no doubt that the Molecule Man would have incorporated this ability into his own body, or figured out how to keep himself conscious as his molecules are displaced (Even if exploded).

He isn’t able to give him self powers or abilities that don’t directly affect physical capabilities, and it would be too difficult for him to change parts of his DNA to give himself the mutant gene because he is not a geneticist.
He downright loses to any true reality warper, anyone capable in the mystic arts, anyone who can attack with energy, and anyone who can defeat him without being noticed.
Pre Beyonder is unkillable anyway, for the simple reason that his "existence" is beyond the Marvel existence/multiverse.
No matter theories, you can't kill someone who isn't part of the existence itself and especially someone who is billion times bigger than the whole marvel multiverse, where he is all, which means billion times stronger.

List of things that molecule man cannot manipulate: Any form of electromagnetic radiation. == lasers, X-rays, heat, all of which are potentially fatal. He also should't be able to transmute substances, since that is a sub-molecular process.
