Remote job එකක් මම දැන් අවුරැදු 4ක් කරනවා.මට නමි පිස්සු හැදිලා ඉන්නෙ.😢.අවුරැදු ගානක් කරන එක ලේසි නැ. මුල් කාලෙ fexible work hours දුන්නා . එකෙන් EOD එකෙ හැමොම කරන වැඩ ප්‍රමානය අඩුයි කියලා Company එකෙන් shift time එකක් දුන්නා log වෙන්න.shift time එක ඉවර උනා කියලා.වැඩ ටික ඉවර වෙන් නැ දැන්.
යාලුවො හමිබවෙන් නැ.මිනිස්සු අපෙන් දුරස්වෙනවා. health එක එන්න එන්නම bad වෙනවා.කොහෙ හරි ගිහින් වැඩ කරන්න try කරත් එක හරියට වෙන්නෙ නැ.අපේ පුරැදු monitor එක chair එක නැති නිසා සහ වැඩෙිට focus එක නැති වෙන නිසා.
ඒක නම් company එකේ අවුලක් වගේ මට පේන්නේ.
