  • Wherever you go, people eat chicken - whether it's the wings up in Buffalo or the fried chicken down in Kentucky. The question we'll answer today is, who's eating it right? Representing Nashville Hot Chicken is Kim Prince, owner of L.A.'s Hotville Chicken. Squaring off against Kim is Kevin Son, purveyor of the comfort food classic Korean Fried Chicken and the co-founder of Koreatown's Chimmelier.
As a standup comedian, @TraeCrowderLiberalRedneck travels all around the country, so he’s no stranger to folks insisting that their regional cuisine is the best in the world. North Carolina vs. Texas BBQ, New York vs. Detroit Pizza, Nashville vs. Korean Fried Chicken - the beefs never end! In this series, Trae talks to chefs and experts from across the country to determine whose grub reigns supreme.

I would like a restaurant that served up, multiple authentic chicken recipes. These two would be a great start.

I vote Korean style; more variety of flavors, better coating. At least based on the Nashville Hot that I've had, the Korean style is a better fried chicken to begin with, regardless of one's taste in spice heat levels.
