Bergner stainless steel has rusting problem. I purchase one pot from bangalore but it has serious rusting issue inner part of tope. I am returning that rusted tope. I was left shocked because Bergner is big brand in cookware in Indian market but rusting issue inside tope means very harmful to health. I stopped using that tope and preferred local brand tope.

Thank you so much for the encouraging words dear.. We can use triply cookwares(vinod, bergner)for deep frying but soon after finishing cooking remove the oil from the kadai and wash after cooling. If we keep the oil in kadai for long, it will become difficult to remove the oil stain. Does anyone else notice that the colour of bhindi is retained in the bergner kadhai Whereas, the colour changed(just like when we cook bhindi in an aluminium kadhai) ??

Whenever I make stir-fry veges in vinod kadhai it stocks to the bottom and kadhai becomes black specifically when we add spices and cover it. I have already seasoned it before first use.
Whenever you use stainless steel vessels always heat the vessel nicely, to confirm splash a little bit of water in the vessel after heating if the water floats like small balls in the stainless steel vessels that means it's heated properly and ready to use and your food won't stick. Do this everytime before you cook, it works like non stick. Most of the people are not aware about it.

Meyer Select is the only nickel free cookware.. meyer trivantage which is triply does have nickel.. I havent used it so dont know about its cooking performance
If you prefer nickel free cookware you can choose Meyer Select kadai.. If you prefer triply cookware you can opt bergner or vinod which I personally use.. Alda, stahl, hawkins might also be good but I havent used it... ☺️👍
These two kadais are of different capacities 24cm and 28 cm.. so can't compare the weight.. but if we weigh the individually they have good weight for its capacity and good built quality.. I have done several review videos on both kadais.. Plz check my channel😍👍

This site is delivering damaged Cookware I had sent many emails to them even though I had called the customer care number he is not ready to exchange after sending the product video he is ready to send a handle n he is telling us to fix that handle which was damaged during delivery time. And after that he is not responding to email and phone .

We will have to use more oil compared to nonstick cookwares.. but not too much that the dish will be too oily or unhealthy.. We can use some healthy oils like coconut oil, mustard oil, groundnut oil etc
You can use metal spatula, but it can make mild scratches and the kadai might loose its shine over time. If you are not bothered about scratches you can use any spatula.. Anyway there is no health issue of loosing coating like that of non stick cookware
Thanks a ton...We can clearly see that the bhindi masala has left a yellow cast in Vinod kadhai but not so in Bergner Kadhai...This means Bergner is much better. NO KADHAI OF STEEL HOWEVER COSTLY CAN MATCH AN ALUMINIUM KADHAI .The best hotels,the most famous restaurants,catering houses,army messes,student tiffin houses,roadside stalls,the best street food stalls,all use Aluminium or Indolium bartans..Noone falls ill ,noone goes mad and noone's health suffers..Our jawans have been eating food cooked in Aluminium vessels for centuries and enjoy very good health. Aluminium bartans are manufactured by small industries from India..All the steel utensils if all makes except VINOD and STAHL are beiing made in China .China wants to stall the economic growth of India at all costs..Now put 2 n 2 together,do your Math and see if it is worth sending thousands of rupees to China just like that
For deep frying I usually use my cast iron kadai.. You can deep fry in bergner as it is 24cm.. but my vinod kadai is 28cm and really big to deep fry as it will need so much oil..
On the left side (when u r looking into the mobile screen)I have placed the Vinod kadai(28cm bigger) and right side Bergner kadai(24cm smaller). Steel qualitywise Bergner is better, cookingwise and durability wise both Bergner & Vinod kadais are equally good. When you keep in high flame food might stick to the bottom, if you have gravy with water high flame is ok, otherwise medium flame is the best
