EV Cars are perfect for those who run daily 125 - 150 Km or monthly 2500-3000 Km. It will save 75% money on your fuel.
Saal ka agar 2500x12=30,000 Km bhi chala di.
To petrol car running cost 6 Rs Pr Km k hisab se Rs.1,80,000/- (including Service cost)
EV running cost 2 Rs per KM k hisab se Rs.60,000/- (Including service cost)
Mota mota Rs.1,00,000/- ek saal ki savings if you drive For 125 to 150 km every day or 2500 per month
The more is your daily run the more you save money 🤑
Good calculation but my friend daily 30000km means in 8 years 240000km company gives warranty for 160000km only for 8 years. The 300 km range also drops every year so if save 1lhk every year u save 8lkh and u have to buy new batteries for that amount so finally petrol vehicle is better u get resale value also u and u drive when needed.... If the vehicle cost is 8 lhk it's worth.

After 8 year or 160000km the battery will not be dead instantly it will still continue to work....Have you heard any engine stopped instantly after expiry of warranty

@@subramaniumreddy3640 not exactly, range will definitely decrease by 10% to 25% after 8 years of use. EV can still run 125 to 150 Km daily even after 8 years use. Moreover, somehow after 8 years the battery cost will definitely reduce.

Also an informative video, value for money car for all ranges. Let me add a few more negatives,
1. No electric fitting allowed in tata EV models that will void warranty. So cannot fit reverse sensors for XZ+ and camera in lower variants.
2. Cost cutting in some areas like missing motor front bay EV badging shield that we see in tigor or Nexon, no boot space lamp (can't fix as per point 1)
3. Auto dimming irvms (expected in 10+ lakhs cars) but can be ignored with other sets of features.
4. Need to charge at home after 2 or 3 DC charging, not 100% dc charging support as Citroen ec3.
5. No real TPMS (only iTPMS available) as available in the New Tiago ICE version.
6. No proper hill to assist, need to rely on hand break on slopes. Unlike ICE cars it doesn't work like half clutch apply.
7. under steering there are exposed wires, and
8. lastly detailed fit and finish is not done
Even with this all, Tata is dare enough to bring an affordable car to the Indian market.

It's better to have a seperate govt electric meter only for the charging purpose because this car consumes nearly 20 units (approx) to full charge, so if u are connected to the household metre bcz of the slab rates in ur state, it may cost u more than expected. By having a seperate meter it would cost nearly ₹2000 per month this may vary state to state.. Hope this will be helpful 😊
As per your estimate 20 unit (kWh) may cost Rs. 200/- (Max) for almost 175 km to run. Certainly it is cheaper than any other car w.r.t. milage.

@@gohaingohain9936 yes. They provide a kit. All the fittings are done by the company only, but if it takes more than 15 metres wires then they charge some extra. For me, it took 25 metre wire and charged me 3500 rupees. No issue with home charging.

Also MG provided me 8 years/ 1.20 lakh kms warranty and MG has installed Charging Box before Car Delivery Which is good Also I drove my MG Comet Ev over 1800 km So Range averages around 170-180 with ac in real world and MG claimed 230km.. Also I have Hyundai i20 Asta Automatc For Highway Usages

First of all, it would be wrong to say that EVs are pollution-free, although there is no active pollution but EVs create a lot of passive pollution. Like, a lot of water is used during lithium mining, and electric energy that is used by Evs is still being produced by burning fossil fuels, so there is indirect pollution. That's why India must skip the EV revolution step and jump straight to hydrogen, 100% ethanol, and fuel cell electric vehicles.
lol hydrogen cars are never going to happen. There are too many issues with that.. Future is EVs only. Even if you do all the calculations, EVs co2 emissions are less than fossil based cars. India should not fall in this hydrogen myth trap. Thats going to burn a lot of monet with no result
