You should have mentioned that check if the toner is TN-2060 before opening. It could have saved me a lot of money. I order 2260 and opened it. I was under the impression that all toners of Brother dcp would do.

for update your tonner :
Shake the toner horizontally.
On the support is a wheel passing once a toner is brought about.
I'm a technicien.

It leaves out the instruction to swipe the green tab backwards and forwards a few times to prevent vertical lines which was mentioned elsewhere.
