Thanks for shedding light on this phenomenon. From this day forward, if someone breaks character in a comedy sketch, I will sit here stone-faced and call anyone who laughs an ignoramus.
P.S. Carol Burnett is a legend, and her show was successful for a reason .
Just remember, it required a DONKEY to make it happen.
I guess she broke character because the donkey hee-hawed right after she said "..just listen to our satisfied customer!" 😂
Love when Aidy and Kate break character, so funny.. classic SNL..
kate and aidy’s comedic chemistry is the best thing omg
Best comedic combination. It looks like they have fun every sketch hey are in together
I am from the part of WNY that has both apple orchards and Confederate flags. This whole sketch is accurate.
“And what they lack in flavor they make up for in, on the ground” hahaha
This is one of the funniest sketches I've seen in a long time. Hit after hit, joke after joke, had me legitimately laughing out loud. I'm gonna venture a guess, and say the dislikes were from the families of those who fell off the hayride, and didn't "fight like hell", never to be seen again. Now, I don't usually quote lines from the script, but that "He's like Eeyore, but with a plan" joke, was too damn good not to acknowledge. I truly hope this becomes a recurring skit.
SNL regularly has Aidy & Kate advertising their "business". This was a particularly funny sketch, however.
I just love the fact that Woody's like "If the boys pull you off the hayride, fight like hell. The masks make them act different." and then it shows them, and they're wearing Ghostface masks! I just thought that was really funny.
When the donkey sound played before the wrong point of the sketch, Aidy and Kate nearly lose. Second sketch that night for Aidy where something just goes wrong and its so hysterical
When they’re together it’s always as funny as when Tina and Amy are together.
Tina and Amy (and Maya) were the best.
Kate McKinnon is possible the most versatile comic they have on this show. Truly magnificent.
"I've never picked apples before, but now I have. I had fun, I think." Exactly how I felt!
Woody has never stopped being Woody
3:41 Me and the boys out to scare kids 😂😂😂
Omg the "located in the part of New York State that has Confederate flags." 100% facts! You mean Auburn, NY?
Think anywhere that didn't vote for Obama, and it's right on, lol. But yeah, Auburn too :)
Or Hudson valley😂 or like anywhere up here bro
Anywhere passed Westchester County...I went to Lake George over the summer and I now know where the New Yorkers lived that voted for Trump. Still had a wonderful time up there and will go back again because the ppl are so friendly regardless of their confederate flags!!!
@@silverspice73 so the people that vote for Trump are so nice compared with the liberals you normally associate with? Might want to start putting some deep thought into that comment you made.
"We found some animals, and now they're in prison" hahaha love woody
1:58 Even they’re laughing
this is like a full sketch of the smokery farms segment they did on weekend update and im living for it
I actually burst out laughing aloud in my dorm room at 1 AM. Preeeetty sure I woke up my roommate. Great sketch 😂
“They’re good boys but if they pull you off the hay ride fight like hell.”
😂😂
This is so funny
yeah Woody with perfect delivery
For 45 dollars you can bring home 10 dollars worth of apples LOL LOVE IT!
Everything about this skit is from a bizarre dream I love it
1:45 If it wasn't planted, the donkey braying was the perfect segue for Kate's next line regarding the petting zoo 🤣
Aidy and Kate together are amazing.....they have never had a bad skit TOGETHER........
100% True. Source: living in a NY "Historical Town"
I live in VT where we have apple farms and there's always a Hank.
"We found some animals.... Now theyre in prison!"
By fr the most UNDERRATED and hilarious line of the entire skit
Every line is so perfect.
Yo “cosplay outdoorsiness with us” is so accurate.
Woody's face as he says "stop" kills me every time.
