Pulling the perfect shot is what it's all about. A showcase of a barista's skills with nothing more than coffee, a grinder and an espresso machine.
Fernwood Coffee's Morgan Allen is hoping that will happen this weekend as he throws down for the Western Regional Title. Competitors have 15 minutes to prepare and serve four espressos, four cappuccinos and four signature drinks of their own creation
