- VICTORIA - An Island brewery is celebrating its 10th anniversary. Phillips Brewing Company started out in Victoria with three beers.
The company's founder brewed the beer and delivered it himself. Now Phillips has more than 15 brands which are sold in pubs and liquor stores around the province.
