Hi thanks for all the info, do you know the correct way to adjust or the base settings for the meter head flow adjusters...the little grub screws that set the spring pressure for the diaphragm for each injector. I can only find basic info and its 3.5 turns out. Great if you could advise. 👍🙂
Hello, I'm Yavuz from Sivas/Turkey. First of all, thank you for the videos. I have a question, My vehicle is a 1985 model 500 SEL. It works fine at idle, but when I step on the gas, the suction is not strong enough to press the valve. It gets too hard. what would be the reason. thanks.
@@inovahightechltd I watched all the videos. But the solution is not here. I changed the fuel distributor's o-rings. Very good when I first put it on. It does not eat gas after using it for like 10 minutes. The sensor plate gets very hard, it eats gas when I press it with my hand.
@@KertmeLi58 I would check the Fuel Injectors and you may need to rebuild your fuel distributor and do a fuel pressure test. These engines use a lot fuel compared to today's car's. Just keep that in mind
@@inovahightechltd Thanks, that's a little bit different to the one in your description sorry. I was trying to find the schematic of the KE Jetronic that you have in your video
They are listed on the German version of their website www.bosch-classic.com/de/de/services/downloads#lehrtafeln Klick on the button “Mehr laden” to see the entire list of their available Lehrtafeln

No, not sure. My understanding is that this has to be done with running fuel on a fuel equalization tester.
Thanks..
