  • sorry I lost my train of thought a few times and my dog sticking his nose up my butt and trying to pull everything off the table while I was doing the review I don't know what got into him! lol anyway this is a really nice knife and if you're not a perfectionist about the grinds and things that really don't matter this is a great but if those things bother you you may get one that doesn't have it. I think you're getting a lot of knife for the money if it was made in America it would easily be $300 or better. hope you enjoyed the review and thanks for watching!
oh yes I purchased these on Amazon both of them!

I wasn't really familiar with the Ganzo brand honestly, I mean I think I've seen them but I just wasn't overly aware of what they had or anything until this one. So first of all I just wanted their budget knife then when I seen the premium one, I thought I would take a look at it, but It's so nice I am not sending it back, It's a keeper!, and yes I had a hard time doing this review with Don sticking his nose up my butt and deciding he wanted to play in the middle of the review lol 🙄😆 that silly dog he's lucky I love him so much! Thank you for watching and your support and you have a great weekend too brother! 🙏🏻🙂

I like the Adimanti brand and I would hope to see more models from them in the future. Nice looking take on this Skiman designed model!

I like this one I realy like S35 & raw Titanium & love hollow & flat grinds , I have a few carbon fiber handles but there not my favorite.....Love the blade shape & finnish i enjoy that semi shine & S35VN has a nice warm smooth feel to it 😅sounds funny but blind fold me put D2 in one hand S35 in the other & i will tell the difference 😄lol,,, Nice one brother 👍

Spoken like a true knife expert metallurgist and knife junkie all together lol yeah I kind of know the feeling sometimes I know me it's not because of knowledge but just knowing that it's s35vn it just feels like it's super and it feels super into when you get a good Edge on them it really does just feel different, I have a Sog I don't know the name but it looks like a spear point blade or harpoon and it has been s35vn and it just so super sharp I love that edge on it! There's just something about it and then I have CPMD2 on my Protech TR3 or TR4 whichever one, and it's sharp and I'm happy with it but it doesn't have that bite, like the CPM S35VN, it might be in my head, but I feel like I can tell the difference! They're just nothing like fine steel and find titanium to me they are precious metals, and yeah I think carbon fiber is a beautiful material to especially when it's the full slab of carbon fiber and not just the laminate, that to me is such a beautiful feeling and it's so lightweight! I love the five materials in these nice knives these days 🙏🏻😁

@@jerrydonquixote5927 To me only lately i have noticed some blade steels feel warm & some feel cold even though they are in the same room at the same time, to me S35 feels warm 🤣no joke try it out yourself, i am an expert at nothing ..
I recently picked up a SOG Pillar i like it its in S35 feels awesome came very sharp , I love the shape of the whole thing & the blade tapers nicely from jimping to tip, the hadles are black micarta they feel good maybe a little slim in bare hands but ok plenty handle for my XL hands with room for easy grip change , may feel even better in gloves i think its designed with combat operators in mind wearing gloves..
The steel is slightly proud of the scales so not the best knife for an arctic winter as that cold steel will go through most gloves and freeze your hand, but for most places that i will ever go the SOG Pillar looks good it also has a slim sheath would go easy inside the waist band on a Ulti clip 3.5 slim. Good price $150 i thought , got mine at SMKW , Amazon have them same price,,, i think normal price is around $215...

@@JollyPeanut okay first of all now that's a trip I just did that D2 does feel colder than S35VN! I don't know how that would be possible but it really does feel that way both of them are sitting on the same table that is weird!! Lmao 🤣 so anyway I checked out that SOG Pillar and that's a damn good-looking blade shape oh, nice size of enough and I like the pommel for striking too I really like that! I may have to send this one back and get that one! Damn we have the same taste and knives! All I can say is great minds think alike! And also I don't know where that is made but that's a hell of a good price for that kind of Steel that's what's pissing me off some American companies are putting knives out there they're no different than that SOG for $350 and that's just too damn much! I'm tired of getting robbed by American companies charging so much for their name. How many pissing people off but I'm just telling it like it is I don't like that I'm tired of spending $350 for a knife they can be made in China for 125 I'm not a rich man! Thanks brother...

@@jerrydonquixote5927 lol🤣 you feel the difference thats awesome , you got it D2 is colder, realy when we become familiar with metals our body i think more than the brain can feel the difference, like Brass Copper Aluminium we can fell the difference pretty easy i think also weight difference , to me VG10 feels similar to S35 but S35 is a little warmer not by much though,,,,Maybe we have started a whole new thing here 🤣its true though.....
The SOG Pillar is USA made yeah the pommel nut cracker is awesome the heavy half jimping gives the thumb good grip for stabbing & its deep enough from the micarta scales to smash a head sized coconut easily ..For $150 its great, I am not a big SOG fan but the Pillar I like a lot.
I can't buy $300 knives either, a month ago i paid $200 "thats my most expensiveso far" for a Ka-Bar Gunny & to be honest kinda pricey i thought but i had a bug in my ass at the time & had to get it, not even sure where it is right now , the novelty of a new blade sure wears of quick😄 but every now & then a great one arrives that i realy like could cost $150 or $10 cost is not always a sign of a great knife., at least thats what i have found..man that was a long message 🤣
