LET THE BIBLE SPEAK - Unto What Then Were Ye Baptized?

Does any baptism meet the requirement of Christ stated in Mark 16:15-16? The question is not merely "have I been baptized." When speaking of our baptism into Christ, Paul said we were to "obey from the heart that form of doctrine..." (Romans 6:17, 3-5) Was your baptism from heaven or from men?
