For about 3 years when I first got skyrim I kept on beating all the missions then all the dlc missions then max out my character then restarting the game, eventually I wanted to finally "finish" the game so my very last play through I maxed out my character to level 200 beat all the missions (I only had misc missions left) I got married had some kids, moved my family out too. Huge house in the woods, put on my pajamas, got in my bed then saved the game and never played it again

ooo, interesting stuff to keep in mind for my current roleplay playthrough. Maybe in chapter 3 or something... there are soo many good mods that can be playing in a playthrough. Great to see more are on their way! Thanks Brodual for putting the spotlight on these!
This video reminded me of some mods I had forgotten that I was waiting for before starting a new playthrough of Skyrim. The modding community is so great! Love this game.
+Rebelzize Are you part of the team or are you just a promoter? I ask because I'm wondering if you've got some insider info and know what the ETA is on Skywind. I was under the impression that it would be available sometime in the middle of this year but when Brodual said maybe in a year or two my heart sank into my ass and I'm really hoping that that was some bad info. I figure you might have some more accurate information on the project. If you know, please tell me Brodual is wrong about that. I love their channel, they are my favorite skyrim mod showcase and review channel, but I really, really want them to be completely full of shit about that.
with all of the new games being released, i always find myself going back to skyrim..thankz to these epic mod authors.. :D and thank you brodual for still making these skyrim mod videos..
It is very very surprise that there are still many great good huge mod is being developed regardless of how much skyrim players left. Well I am still playing skyrim when I am watching this video
+Edward Hardcore skyrim players probably aren't as much of a fan of the fallout universe and stay with the elder scrolls series. Aaand falllout 4 isn't very good.
Hey Brodual! I'm the original author of the reddit thread. Thanks for making a video based on it. I would just like to say that besides the addition of enderal, which I didn't include for explicit reasons, your list is identical to mine. I would have liked a little more of a shoutout, considering you even used some sentences from my post. Regardless, I'm not super mad or anything, nice vid.
+Kirk SB After having played "Nehrim - At Fate's Edge", the previous entry in the Sure A.I. mod/game seires, I,m REALLY hyped for this.^^ This mod/full game, "Enderal - The Shards of Order", is the sequel to "Nehrim - At Fate's Edge"(the mod/full game they made using the Oblivion engine and released in 2010). And Nehrm itself was the sequel to "Arktwend - The Forgotten Realm"(the mod/full game they had made out of Morrowind's engine).
Ah, but I don't recommend playing Arktwend all that much. Only play it if you're really invested in the lore of that world. Arktwend wasn't that great in term of story, and other than the story, and due to Oblivion coming out before Arktwend was finished, most of their effort shifted to working on Nehrim. As for Nehrim, it's really good, and you can play it if your interested. But as far as I know, having played the earlier entries isn't absolutely necessary in this case. You can easily jump right in Nehrim without having played Arktwend.
Now, if only the Oblivion Modding Scene was alive and well. I myself have started to do some major modding for oblivion, but its hard because the forums are not really active and I can't really ask anyone for help since Oblivion mods aren't being made. Though I will still try! My Imperial Legion mod for Oblivion will see the light of day! someday!
Sometimes I go back to watch these Top Upcoming mod lists and I always get this sad feeling when, several years later, I go to check and see that almost half of the mods listed were either canceled, abandoned part way through development, trapped in development hell, or outright deleted. Yet, it also is inspiring to see when some of these mods actually do make it.
+Caz Tailby i laughed when i had a problem riding my horse and he said: Are u sure u know how to ride? xD he always says something when u dont expect ..sitting in the jarls thrones is funny too :p..and plenty
The german release of Enderal is between the 1st and the 3rd of July I just wanted you to know so that you are probably able to imagine when the english release will be :D Great Video by the way! I really like the fact that you are still showcasting Skyrim Mods in 2016, beacause i love this game and I'm sure I'm not the only one thinking like that.
It Sounds amazing but it's not something that I believe will be done for a while if at all. Not to be a pessimist but it seems like a massive undertaking
I can't wait for beyond skyrim! it's gonna be so nostalgic for veterans of the series and with the great designs you can see from the preview we can already tell it's gonna be amazing too!
I haven't actually played Blood of the Nord yet, but I'm looking forward to it, as I'm a big fan of Someguy's FNV quest mods, ad have a soft spot for the Stormcloaks. I'm sure WotN will be great as well. Swordfall could be cool, although I'm not the hugest fan of rolling. It just seems silly to me. Lordbound looks interesting. I haven't heard of this mod before this video, but the Orsimer are one of my favourite races, so I'll probably look into it. Last Seed seems really cool, although I'm pretty content with iNeed for now, and I don't really want a new skill tree. Apotheosis seems really damn cool. I can't bring myself to play Oblivion anymore, but I did enjoy exploring both the Daedric Realms you could explore. Awake doesn't seem that bad. I would sell my family into the Dunmeri slave market to get a copy of Skywind right now, even in it's current uncomplete state. I'll definitely check Enderal out. I tried Nehrim a little bit, and enjoyed it, so I have high hopes.
+Craig Tierney Last Seed if it follows Frostfall 3.0 example it will most like not be a normal skill tree where you go through the menu but kinda in game so you don't have to waste perk points.
+Craig Tierney swordfall does not necessarily have rolling as a feature, I think they used footage from another combat mod for that one, as it still under wraps
I like the Chesko's needs system That kind of mod won't laag my game and I'm bored of realistic needs mod and the others would be too large to download
*Enderal*? Yep. *Skywind*? Nope. ZeniMax Media will never agree on releasing that. Referecing anything from Morrowind in Skyrima can only be done by Bethesda, parto fo ZeniMax. Everyone else must get proper license for Morrowind's content. Basically the team would have to make everything from the scratch and make it look & sound different enough to make claims of copyright infringement weak.
We need mods that make dragons really fucking hard, I'm not talking new weird ass unlorefriendly dragons that are hard to kill, and dragons with tons of health. Dragons should be way bigger, or at least a new breed, we need like some sort of thing that just makes them a huge deal, not just like "alright lets get 4 whiterun guards and a housecarl to take down a DRAGON"
+Stan Kura Not really, Tamriel online is a mod that adds NET-coding to skyrim, allowing you to connect to friends and play together. It's currently still very buggy, but they've gotten much farther than previous mods that tried to do the same thing; for one, they have quest synchronisation, enemy synchronisation, working animations, etc, but it still tends to crash regularly, and the host needs a relatively large amount of bandwidth when playing with more than 4 players at the same time, as well as a lot of events not triggering when they should, like a dragon soul absorption. The mod is designed for 2-4 player co-op, though, which is what players have been asking for for a long time, instead of an MMO like TESO.
TheGamesforreal Oh, so it's the mod I've been following a while back. Sorry, I completely forgot about it. Perhaps it's because, while it is a noble purpose on the author's part, it was so buggy I couldn't get over it. I'm looking forward to when the mod synchs everything properly - that's when I shall play it.
Stan Kura Same, man. Me and 3 of my friends want to play together, but the mod is currently just not polished enough to be worth the mess to set it up, because i've looked at the installation process, and DAMN its complicated! Once the mod finishes and polishes enough, we are all gonna play skyrim together on master difficulty with increased spawns on the Genesis mod (Which is a mod that spawns extra enemies in dungeons), because i'd reckon that playing with 3 other players together would be detrimental to balancing...
I'm also excited for Skyblivion to get completed. Oblivion is my favorite ES game, but I would like to play Skywind because I could never completely get into Morrowind due to the sheer amount of reading you have to do, so if Skywind has voice acting, that will be great. Call me lazy, but I can get more into a story if I hear voice acting and dialogue rather than just read everything.
+LiterallyAZucchini No. Although the last "stable" update was uploaded last November, the most recent update was uploaded just today. Link to the mod if you want to see for yourself: www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/67038/?
A lot of these overhaul or quest mods are really impressive. I really can't wait for Skywind and Enderal. Loved Nehrim and I want to see where they go with Enderal.
While Witcher 3 may have dethroned Skyrim, I feel as if there's no shame in TESV being the ''king without a crown". After all, by all accounts, W3 is an incredible game. Skyrim on the other hand is five years old and is survived by a dedicated modding community that wayyyy surpasses that of W3 in terms of quality and content. I wonder which will have the greater legacy after another five years.
+Sultan skyrim cant be "dethroned" by anything except another TES. like you said its five years old and the most talented modders are still making amazing content. witcher 3 is maybe one year old and no one is even talking about it anymore. you just cant compare a fishing boat with the titanic
+Laughing Sheogorath That sounds like a bit of a stretch. If we're comparing anything, it would be the Titanic to the Olympic. I'm not saying you're not allowed to have your own opinion, but by all accounts, W3 is an incredible game and yes, is still being played. It's larger than Skyrim, more detailed, more polished, more engaging (well, that's subjective), is better looking, and has an expansion coming out with probably more content than Dawnguard and Dragonborn put together. I know several people who were turned off by Skyrim after a few hours of playing, but I suppose it just comes down to personal preferences. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Well skyrim on it's own as a video game is not that great but as a toolbox for modders it's amazing. However I think the witcher 3 will have a more appreciated legacy as a work of art, while skyrim will be remembered for the strong modding community. I mean who is still playing skyrim in vanilla and says it's better than other rpg's like witcher, new vegas or baldurs gate?
+Emperor of Darkness Bethesda made all the resources, all the mechanics and textures plus that the game is 5 years old. The modders only have expand upon that which bethesda already built.
+Emperor of Darkness bethesda basically bethesda gave us a plot of land, work tools, and the knowledge of how to use them...Modders built an EMPIRE!! then destroyed that empire and created a new world thats why skyrim/elder scrolls.etc is The best game in the world then pants will need to be changed when immersive VR gets to skyrim
+Emperor of Darkness You know what's really sad here... that you don't know anything about game development. Everything modders make is all thanks to Bethesda. Bethesda makes the assets, coding, engine, modding kit, and so much more. Good mods are only made because Bethesda made a flexible engine and mod kit. Not to mention modding is by thousands different people while Bethesda is a small company of about 100 people.
+Ayberk Tiras Skyblivion's hype will be more apparent after Skywind's release. Out of all the mods listed here, Skywind is by far the furthest from completion, and as far as I know Skyblivion is even further than that. Most of the TESR team and contributers are focusing on getting Skywind up and running, and after everyone sees how amazing it is the hype and support will jump behind their next ambitious project. It'll come, and get it's recognition here, but it really is a long way off.
Существует ли мод, который делает анимации двуручного оружия такие-же как и у одноручного? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Is there a mod that makes animation such a two-handed weapon - the same as for one-handed ?(google translate)
Apotheosis was supposed to come out in 2016. It's 2020 now and they still haven't released it yet. Why?! That is one of two on this list that I DEFINITELY wanted to add!
+tubbythetub Honestly, for some people, skyrim won't be dead until an entirely new elder scrolls game comes out, not just another Bethesda game on a similar engine. And THAT isn't going to happen any time soon.
+Mist “Master Foxxy” Prowen Oblivion is now over a decade old, and there are still substantive mods being released for that. Skyrim will last well past the release of the next game.
have more people working on it bethesda is a full modding studio and mods don't feel as polished simply because they aren't made by bethesda but they match their work pretty well
Moussa Alzairy There are thousands of mod authors and a little over a hundred Bethesda employees per game. And yeah exactly, mod authors are no where near as skilled as Bethesda employees and alot of mod authors take a year or so to make big mods that really dont add that much compared to the original game which is made at break neck speed. Have some respect for the real producers here and not these pretenders with 9000 dollars to burn on a desktop and a creation kit which is DEVELOPED BY BETHESDA! Modders would be helpless with outt he creation kits that Bethesda has provided.
Moussa Alzairy And not all 100-200 bethesda employees work on the same asset either. There are sound guys, artists, coders, etc. And yet even with thousands of mod authors all working on different projects they still dont even scratch what Bethesda can do with a couple hundred all working on seperate things. My point is that I dont like mod authors that think they are better than the original company and talk trash about the insane capabilities of the company. The Bethesda team is insanely talented and infinitely more talented than the "fans"

Have to ask, is this funny because skyrim has a lot more or a lot less? I have no clue, just curious!
Skyrim: 2 guards, 1 male voice, 1 female voice.
+Simon Bodestig it is funny because it's true, but skyrim is a game from a huge and rich developer, and enderal is coming from a small modding team

Thanks for the list Brodual, this is definitely the first time I've heard of the last mod! Its always great to know major projects are still underway.
Enderal my anticipate game in this year
and the best part is that se are gonna be able to create mods for it. A moddable mod if you will.
+pedro gaspar Modception
+GartenZombie I was waiting for someone to say that 😂😂
+GartenZombie I was waiting for someone to say that 😂😂

This video reminded me of some mods I had forgotten that I was waiting for before starting a new playthrough of Skyrim. The modding community is so great! Love this game.
Last Seed, Wrath of the Nord and Skywind look amazing
skyrim keeps me sane when i'm at sea, always nice to see new mods for fresh things to do
Skywind Skywind SKYWIND!
+Rebelzize We need more skywind vids man.
+Rebelzize bring it onnnnnn =VVVV
We do! Maybe something should be done about that ;)
+Rebelzize Are you part of the team or are you just a promoter? I ask because I'm wondering if you've got some insider info and know what the ETA is on Skywind. I was under the impression that it would be available sometime in the middle of this year but when Brodual said maybe in a year or two my heart sank into my ass and I'm really hoping that that was some bad info. I figure you might have some more accurate information on the project. If you know, please tell me Brodual is wrong about that. I love their channel, they are my favorite skyrim mod showcase and review channel, but I really, really want them to be completely full of shit about that.
Been modding with Brodual at my side what a good 5 years it has been
all these mods is what the DLCs should be
Brodual, you're the king. Thanks for being my #1 source of Skyrim mods advertising haha
"with 30 voice actors involved probably more than skyrim" lol
with all of the new games being released, i always find myself going back to skyrim..thankz to these epic mod authors.. :D
and thank you brodual for still making these skyrim mod videos..
FalqonOne Agree~~The feelings and settings of fallout aren't really my taste~and the gameplay wasn't really that good...
it's awesome to see this dedication and time been put into a game that is now 5 years old
It's so good to be part of the PC Master Race. Good games never die.
my man
*Heroes never die*... oh wait whoops wrong game
What is dead may never die!
Until TES 6 comes out
what is dead may never die
Hey Brodual! I'm the original author of the reddit thread. Thanks for making a video based on it. I would just like to say that besides the addition of enderal, which I didn't include for explicit reasons, your list is identical to mine. I would have liked a little more of a shoutout, considering you even used some sentences from my post. Regardless, I'm not super mad or anything, nice vid.
I'm Skyrim community never stops to amaze me.
brodual... after all these years and your channel is still alive. thumbs up!
enderal looks dope
+Kirk SB Yes, indeed!
If isn't an Elder Scrolls game, why simply don't play another game?
? ? ? ? ? :) ? ? ? ? :( ? ? ? ?
Enderal! I have waited years for this one. This will be my reason to hop in again. Great work and I look forward to all these mods!
To be honest I think Skyrim modding will still be around long after the Fallout 4 modding has mostly died out.
+Chairdolf Sitler Its bethesda what more did you want from them, an actual game.
that is true dispite my name
true
***** It's true that Fallout 4 is more stable, but a stable engine does not a good game make.
***** Although to be fair I actually enjoy Fallout 4 quite a bit, but it can't really be compared to Skyrim. IMO at least.
thanks for still covering skyrim content, I will always love skyrim :)
cannot wait for enderal
Thank you for your invaluable input, Brodual! We appreciate the work you put into thee videos!
"With 30 voice actors on board. Which is probably more than skyrim." LOL 😂😂😂😂
you deserve more subs, more attention, keep up the good work, you're the only place where i search for a good mod
Inigo V3 too!! Gosh I love that cat :D
omg a new inigo yes
+Caz Tailby i laughed when i had a problem riding my horse and he said: Are u sure u know how to ride? xD he always says something when u dont expect ..sitting in the jarls thrones is funny too :p..and plenty
These mods blew my mind, it's amazing how well made they are
might need to look into enderal, if it does all you say it does I might need to get it
Ok
+Sp4rt4nSl4ya They also have a total conversion for Oblivion called Nehrim.
Unfortunately Nehrim is only in German.
I have been playing Nehrim for a long time. You simply need to look for the translated files on the forum or on a mod site.
Andre Gualberto YES
you have one of the best channels on youtube. hands down
"They have 30 voice actors, which is more than Skyrim." ROASTED
>Sees the supposed "release date" for Apotheosis at the time of this video's release
>sheds a single tear
this is why skyrim is so awesome
All of these look great; I've never been a fallout fan so these will keep skyrim fun for years to come.
Enderal makes me want to reinstall skyrim altogether
+208xx Enderal makes me want TES6.
THANK U BRODUAL! ENDERAL WAS A MOD I NEVER HEARD OF!!!
AAHH IM HYPED AF!!!
Beyond skyrim, i hope it becomes a finished thing
I highly doubt it will
+Dardan Loshi It will take a lot of time though. heck the modders in Morrowind are still adding the Mainland of Morrowind. (Tamriel Rebuilt)
+fat Man well making the entire elder scrolls map is gonna be really difficult that will take tens of thousands of hours
The german release of Enderal is between the 1st and the 3rd of July
I just wanted you to know so that you are probably able to imagine when the english release will be :D
Great Video by the way!
I really like the fact that you are still showcasting Skyrim Mods in 2016, beacause i love this game and I'm sure I'm not the only one thinking like that.
Beyond Skyrim sounds great
It Sounds amazing but it's not something that I believe will be done for a while if at all. Not to be a pessimist but it seems like a massive undertaking
+Thomas de Prez sadly, the project seems a little far fetched and a incredibly massive project to really be completed
Good to see Skyrim still kicking!
apotheosis and wake will be my bread and butter
#killallthedaedra
I love how through modding this game is still going fairly strong. I myself am in the middle of my seventh play-through (third on pc).
Let me guess Maids 2 deception isn't on the list.

+Jani SIr
IKR? It needs some showcase love!
+Jani SIr Was about to say the same thing my favorite quest mod ez.
+Jani SIr Definitely needs more recognition. Even without it being finished it's already one of the best mods I've ever played.
It's a shitty non-voiced quest mod is all.
The Mannimarco mod looks super freaking awesome, It was one of my favorite fights in Oblivion and I really can't wait to see what they do with it :D
where did you got the information about the enderal release date?
From the trailer
Stalker! You're in the wrong universe again! Go hunt Tenno!
Your Actions have consequences...
thats my line
8)
+hippopotamus It looks like TK Dodge.
Teriria I started up a playthrough with Frostfal l3.0 installed, but I didn't get far enough to really do much. Good to know.
hippopotamus Good to know, thanks.
thanks for doing a video on this!!!! Made me excited to see whats coming!
I really liked Skywind and Enderal. What about you all?
+The World of RipX It is not out yet,it will be realesed in July 2016...I don't know
+The World of RipX It will be free because they don't have the rights to sell it.
YEEEP
I like the Chesko's needs system That kind of mod won't laag my game and I'm bored of realistic needs mod and the others would be too large to download
*Enderal*? Yep.
*Skywind*? Nope. ZeniMax Media will never agree on releasing that. Referecing anything from Morrowind in Skyrima can only be done by Bethesda, parto fo ZeniMax. Everyone else must get proper license for Morrowind's content. Basically the team would have to make everything from the scratch and make it look & sound different enough to make claims of copyright infringement weak.
Skyrim is my favorite game and its unforgettable. And the mod in this video!I can't wait!
Matthew Smith I hated that. I played on very easy to kill the dragon so none of the guards died. I like keeping people alive lol
DubShoTzZ - CSGO i can always revive em
Matthew Smith how? Any other way beside the console? I don't wanna cheat
DubShoTzZ - CSGO Well it is cheating for me to make dragons easy
Just majestic best mods i have ever seen so far i cant wait to play each one of them
Tamriel Online is being developed too
Another TESO-style catastrophe? I'd rather have Tamriel single player.
TheGamesforreal
Oh, so it's the mod I've been following a while back.
No mods for that it will be HARD
i knew about skywind but those other mods look amazing your always showing us the good stuff
Skywind is coming
What??
im so hyped for enderal. Nehrim was so amazing
It's quite a shame that Luftahraan was canceled.
Was the multiplayer mod abandoned
I think it hit a wall
+LiterallyAZucchini It just had an update today on the Nexus
+LiterallyAZucchini No. Although the last "stable" update was uploaded last November, the most recent update was uploaded just today.
Link to the mod if you want to see for yourself: www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/67038/?
+Nopiw my bad honestly thought it did. My friend told me it was
+Nopiw lol you're being a bit melodramatic
*****
k.
+Sultan I love both games. Witcher 3 has *A LOT* of quests and miscellaneous things to do, while Skyrim has a great replay value.
Well skyrim on it's own as a video game is not that great but as a toolbox for modders it's amazing.
However I think the witcher 3 will have a more appreciated legacy as a work of art, while skyrim will be remembered for the strong modding community.
I mean who is still playing skyrim in vanilla and says it's better than other rpg's like witcher, new vegas or baldurs gate?
insane.. the community work behind this game 5 years after release is insane
You know what's really sad here... the fans make a better game than Bethesda.
+Emperor of Darkness Bethesda made all the resources, all the mechanics and textures plus that the game is 5 years old. The modders only have expand upon that which bethesda already built.
+Emperor of Darkness bethesda basically bethesda gave us a plot of land,
work tools, and the knowledge of how to use them...Modders built an EMPIRE!! then destroyed that empire and created a new world
thats why skyrim/elder scrolls.etc is The best game in the world
then pants will need to be changed when immersive VR gets to skyrim
+Tro Lololo *THANK YOU*
Dude I think you need to give Bethesda waaayyy more credit
+Emperor of Darkness You know what's really sad here... that you don't know anything about game development. Everything modders make is all thanks to Bethesda. Bethesda makes the assets, coding, engine, modding kit, and so much more. Good mods are only made because Bethesda made a flexible engine and mod kit. Not to mention modding is by thousands different people while Bethesda is a small company of about 100 people.
Thank you so much modders.
Man, was expecting Skyblivion. Disappointed.
+Ayberk Tiras I suppose skywind is more actively worked on; just an assumption.
It's never coming out
+Ayberk Tiras Skyblivion's hype will be more apparent after Skywind's release.
Some Random
of course Skywind's more focused than Skyblivion!
Oblivion is a good game.
Morrowind isn't, but i've heard the story's good
+The Great Kaminic Did you seriously just say Morrowind isn't a good game?
#4 releases on my Bday and i have been waiting for it Awesome
Существует ли мод, который делает анимации двуручного оружия такие-же как и у одноручного?
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Is there a mod that makes animation such a two-handed weapon - the same as for one-handed ?(google translate)
yes. i believe its called armed to the teeth. If im wrong someone who knows for sure correct me please.
Apotheosis was supposed to come out in 2016. It's 2020 now and they still haven't released it yet. Why?! That is one of two on this list that I DEFINITELY wanted to add!
elder scrolls > fallout
i'm not a fan of shooters, so i agree
I love shooters, but elder scrolls are still better
Bobby Duggart actual fallout games > elder scrolls > Bethesda fallout games
youre an idiot
none of these is better, and if there is, it has to be fallout not considering f4, its
worst fallout game
and well its more of a shooter than rpg, according to Dylan Wabys words, thats basically why people play it
can't wait love the look of all these mods.
well one thing is for sure skyrim is far from dead and won't be for quiet a while if these mods have any say
7:04 "...Skyrim is probably the most anticipated mod for Skyrim." Hue hue.
Cool people still care about skyrim :)
For anyone else wondering, the Heavy Armor Fear effect at 1:36 is from Ordinator (www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/68425 )
The fans do a better job on this game than bethesta.
They also have more time and more people working on stuff and tbh this stuff is cool but it still doesnt touch the quality and polish of bethesda
have more people working on it bethesda is a full modding studio and mods don't feel as polished simply because they aren't made by bethesda but they match their work pretty well
Moussa Alzairy There are thousands of mod authors and a little over a hundred Bethesda employees per game.
Ben Duncan thousands of modder but not all of them work on the same project
Moussa Alzairy And not all 100-200 bethesda employees work on the same asset either. There are sound guys, artists, coders, etc. And yet even with thousands of mod authors all working on different projects they still dont even scratch what Bethesda can do with a couple hundred all working on seperate things. My point is that I dont like mod authors that think they are better than the original company and talk trash about the insane capabilities of the company. The Bethesda team is insanely talented and infinitely more talented than the "fans"
