I've always studied english at school with no results! Not be able to speak at all! During the first quarantine I decided to improve it by myself and I started everthing you said! At the begining it was so difficult but I didn't give up! After 6/9 months of only listening I started to understand english speakers.. now I watch TV only in english and it's always better than the day before... I set my phone in english, I sterted to read english books and I follow only english people on socials! It really works!!!! Now I'm focusing on pronunciation skill because I really love the american accent.. Congrats for your jump into youtube and good luck!!!!
