I am 51. Been doing similar type of excersises on and off for 2yrs every day. BUT this is the first time since I started yours that I notice definition and toning. Absolutely amazing. I thought I was too old for that. 😊 But this is amazing. Thank you. I will keep going.

Exactly love about all Heather has helped me so much it's not even funny. The beginning of covid I canceled my gym membership honestly have been just working out from home doing Heather's workout videos and I've lost so much weight compared to when I just went to the gym. My fiance keeps saying hunny your legs keep getting thinner. I say thank Heather for that lol!

Sooooooo I did the week 3 day 1 workout (this is my second time around doing the 12 week at home workout) and followed it with this 12 minute ab one and oh my GOSH are my abs on fire! thank you Heather...but may I reiterate??? BLOODY OUCH!!!!
The fucking Hold V Sit, prayer crunch, & knee tucks hit me hard. Your 10 minute workouts I can feel in my abs 24 hours which helped me break 27 for my 4-mile, as a college runner, i didnt think these workouts could beat mine! But this 10 mins hurt more than your half hour ones
