From what I know the factors that determine this order include how important the activity is to you both from an interest and career point of view, how much time you spent on this activity, how big of an impact it had on others, how big of an achievement it is, and of course how unique it is.
@@Aishnika Experts recommend that your activities/extracurriculars must go in order of your achievement and not necessarily in the amount of time spent on them. So write the ones first where your achievement is maximum and looks more impressive.
