You may not believe me lmao, but it's wild seeing my favorite UA-camr put on parts that I assemble ( Yes I work at carli) enjoy those Radius arms and track bar!!
That was crazy that you had a 3500 in the air. Also wanted to thank you for motivating me to have cleaner builds and take my time with quality products.
Got to hand it to y'all. I never like seeing a lifted truck with using lift blocks. This lift is legit though and the fact it's using the factory air lift system is badass.
Saludos amigo nice video siempre aprendo cosas nuevas con ustedes gracias por el video saludos acá de Austin tx Freddy delgado listo para el siguiente video felicidades por todo tu esfuerzo
I had a 3-in Carli 3.0 on my 08 one ton cummins and I've jumped it several times and that thing Road like silky smooth mattress the king shocks may be expensive but they are definitely a game changer
Are work truck is a 5500 and it's a beast you have to bottom the axel out to get stuck. Don't ask how I would no that. It also Fill like your driving a car on the freeway real smooth.✌️👌👍💯🔧
Okay but of many of us have hit some bad railroad tracks and the rear end goes to the moon and the front bumper is aimed for the ground haha. Did that in a brand new chevy Silverado once
...... I put the unchained on my 3rd generation megacab then a week later caught on fire can't wait to get it back and go jump it. I also put the longtrave airbags
3 inches or 3 feet.. off the ground is off the ground but coming up short of a landing sucks no matter by how much. ( Insert Ozzy " Mommas gonna worry... I been a bad bad boy...no use sayin sorry it's something I enjoy....flyin high again....)
I hit a railroad track a month ago that had a missing panel. 2 weeks ago when I was having my Ranch Hand front bumper put on I noticed the coil spring was about to come out of the spring bucket. I run RadFlo reservoir shocks all around I had built for towing 30K and noticed my ride had gotten rough again. I can't imagine that spring coming out at 75 mph it would have been a death sentence.
You are correct they do loose capacity, I have these Leaf’s on my 3500. But I also Installed Carli long travel airbags to gain the capacity back. And the leafs and airbags are super sweet.
Is the channel going a different direction? We didn’t see the 05 at Waglers ODSS event. Lots of looks these days and not a lot of HP😢. Still love the content, I’m just a huge HP fan.
Has anyone put the springs that came off of his truck on a truck that don’t have factory air ride? I don’t tow like I used to and want to make the rear ride better so I’m not throwing my kids out of the seat when I run over a squirrel! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Seeing a 3500 factory air truck literally flying through the air is why we do what we do! You’re a mad man and we love it! 🤘🤘
Anything for fords? Its a fummins and my 6inch bds rides like trash
Now it just needs some Patton Fab Long travel traction bars cause axle wrap is real bad with those leafs
@@peterbossman1 yes they make kits for Fords.
Jumps starting at 10:31
That’s extremely impressive, that the suspension handled it that well
It can do it on the regular. This is what it’s built to do. Go see what Carli can do. It’s surprising how great it is.
You may not believe me lmao, but it's wild seeing my favorite UA-camr put on parts that I assemble ( Yes I work at carli) enjoy those Radius arms and track bar!!
seeing those wheels in the air was just epic, great content!!
Randy Reyes would call you a 😺, he has TESTED his Carli stuff haha
That was crazy that you had a 3500 in the air. Also wanted to thank you for motivating me to have cleaner builds and take my time with quality products.
I agree brother, you can't get much better than cjc.... loving your videos bro
Dam them 1800 dollar Maddog Customz doing work with that foggy lenses 😂 order you up some Alpharex to fix that thing
They’re just fine 😂
The washers are fine, but you are murdering your chrome sockets with that impact!!!! ha ha Awesome video though on the suspension
Anyone else notice old Greg is selling tickets......to the gun show 💪 gettin all slim and trim
I bet the shops you get your Alignments at love you 😂
How was the thuren suspension ride quality tho? You never did an update video about it.
Thanks For Flying GregA Air-Ways, ✈, lol, great video, and thanks for sharing.
Got to hand it to y'all. I never like seeing a lifted truck with using lift blocks. This lift is legit though and the fact it's using the factory air lift system is badass.
Dawson killing it on the shots 👍👍
Man look what he done did!! 😂 that video has gone through our shop as well 😂

So happy to see this kind of content!
I had a 3-in Carli 3.0 on my 08 one ton cummins and I've jumped it several times and that thing Road like silky smooth mattress the king shocks may be expensive but they are definitely a game changer
I was about to say it wasn't much of a jump but then i remembered its a heavy ass dually and its impressive it got off the ground at all.
Great Video! You made me think I can do it myself 😎
now we need a max tow video!
SUPER SUPER great video🤣🤣

When is the spare tire delete going to happen? It needs replaced with a nice set of train horns 😂😅
how do you like the Carli suspension vs Thuren?
Carli for the win
Awesome content as always greg!
That camera man tho 🔥🔥🔥
How much was the full kit from cjc offroad
What are you doing with the thurn kit that you had before Interested if your trying to find it a new home. That carli kit looked so smooth jumping
You should put some 37s on the dually.
What are you doing with your old suspension.??
When they need a revalve you should get the hoses black and anodized parts changed too. Maybe cerakoted bodies?
As someone who lives near those tracks I’ve seen so many people jump those tracks before the road got re done and it is always rufffff
Should have titled the video “I BELIEVE I CAN FLY”😂
Greg loves doing a lot of work in rear😁
Okay but of many of us have hit some bad railroad tracks and the rear end goes to the moon and the front bumper is aimed for the ground haha. Did that in a brand new chevy Silverado once
Love it!! Great setup…
You should have trimmed the U bolts so you can get the whole socket on there Greg
I would like to know what Wheels and Tires he has on it. I am working on my 2022 MC DRW with the same setup
...... I put the unchained on my 3rd generation megacab then a week later caught on fire can't wait to get it back and go jump it. I also put the longtrave airbags
What size wheels and tires are y’all running? And is it a level in the front? Thanks
So.... the vlog camera that your friend was using in the cab and recording you watching the jump. What camera is that?
Does the alternate height function still work? Could you have run the old front setup with this rear to get a more factory rake look?
Washers must have writing or markings facing out towards the nut on structural steel code... 😁
Gotta ask the same question as others. How did you like the carli kit vs thuren.
This is friggin great!
Why is there a spare tire still in there??????????????????????????????????
Now give me that thuren stuff you took off 🤣
Dually is 🔥🔥
I’d like to see you guys install some cab lights on a 4th gen truck......
Looking to the cab lights on my ‘15 crew cab cummins
He's done it in the past. Look through the library.
might be time to check that right front ujoint.
id be interested to see how it improves the driveability while towing
Ya man mine is a tow pig
Hey bud get any 12 valve parts that u and using
And that is how I bent my front axle in my 08 megacab
If you jump these trucks you need a truss!
@@JustDiesels ya I didn’t mean to jump mine the few times I did lol
I believe it's preferred for reservoirs to be up with shafts pointed down, unless they do not fit.
Since these are nitrogen charged shocks, they can mount in any direction actually. They function the same!
Hey random question Greg..... Who dont you run a 5" exhaust on any of your trucks?
Are the rear shocks upside down? It saying king upside down drives no nuts.
Possible hoonigan this vs that?
Love the epic video content
Did you actually see a difference between the Thuren kit and the Carli kit?
Can’t wait for you to give away the dually. We know it’s coming lol
Great job
Look up Randy Reyes he puts his carli kit to the test!!!
Im snitching your speeding in the school zone naw im jp 🤣🤣 i go to southwarren right there
Looks great.
What headlights are those?
Looks like you had some bump steer when the suspension was at full compression on the landing!
3 inches or 3 feet.. off the ground is off the ground but coming up short of a landing sucks no matter by how much. ( Insert Ozzy " Mommas gonna worry... I been a bad bad boy...no use sayin sorry it's something I enjoy....flyin high again....)
You shouldn't tighten the spring bolts till the weight of the vehicle is all the way down or you will preload the bushing and wear them out fast
You have an awsome lift why work on your knees
That truck looks mean running down the highway.
you should totally put the new first gen on full air with the 4wd swap like kelderman or something
I dont like negative offset wheels on the front of a dually but they truck is sexy!! Carlis highest kit for a 3rd gen is over 12k😳😳😳😪
You don’t need the top kit though! Even the entry one is sweet
Duz d cruz control stay on is the question.
Every once in a while you gotta put in a little work in the rear.
No other suspension lift would handle that much weight that smoothly.
Thuren
Ya it's called coilovers and bypass shocks monster trucks do it all day long.
Lmaooo 😂😂 that’s cute
Truck looks killer,nice job
Does it sit level?or slight squat?
This specific system is designed to sit just a hair rear high.
Peep those new 10 Lug wheels at 13:25 👀
I believe the non air trucks lose 10% of the towing capacity with the carli kit but air trucks don't which is great on your part
You are correct they do loose capacity, I have these Leaf’s on my 3500. But I also
Installed Carli long travel airbags to gain the capacity back. And the leafs and airbags are super sweet.
@@dadcooksfood9956 Spot on!
We need of closeup still of the jump!
No much did that run for?
Should put a 5th gen front end on it
All those leafs makes me think of my dad's 69 highboy 😂
Need to paint that drivesaft
Is the channel going a different direction? We didn’t see the 05 at Waglers ODSS event. Lots of looks these days and not a lot of HP😢. Still love the content, I’m just a huge HP fan.
19 seconds after upload
2022 Baja 1000?😂
Greg you need a mega long
Those lugs though......
The best suspension but the wheels are too big and affect the ride quality. Big trucks are not meant to ride on rubber bands.
RIP engine mounts
Had that on my 99 2500 rode awesome ate the whoops then some ahole kid decide to hit my truck on the freeway and now it’s totaled
Just four link it on air already.
If he would’ve went to Woodburn and Springs Road train track crossing he would’ve caught like 6 feet of air
Has anyone put the springs that came off of his truck on a truck that don’t have factory air ride? I don’t tow like I used to and want to make the rear ride better so I’m not throwing my kids out of the seat when I run over a squirrel! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
