you could create a Leather accord by adding white birch + iso butan + tobacco

Hi! Can I blend these accords and then use them for candle making, or are they specific to perfume making?
Yes absolutely! You can blend and make your own fragrance, then use the fragrance in candles, soaps, body care, tarts etc. The difference is you just wouldn't add a carrier oil or alcohol to it if you want to use it for that purpose!

Can you put these accords in a body oil up to 30%?
Great question! You can use the accords up to 3% safely in body oil and lotion. You can reference this on the bottom of the accord product page under "more information."
