I'm am struggling with my sobriety, some days are harder than others . Sadly sometimes AA isn't enough . Today 6/5/2023 I ran across your youtube channel . WOW ... I am am going to the $1.25 store and picking up some supplies . Your an inspiration to me ,thankyou for sharing here on UA-cam. My goal is to relax and channel some of the weight I have been carrying around on my shoulders .onto this art piece. Again thankyou
Thank you for sharing your struggles. I hope others who possibly go through something similar will read these comments, and feel encouraged to try. I hope you have tried it since you posted, and that it is helping ❤️
Thank you so much Bettina, I really really enjoyed watching you create this beautiful and wonderful piece of artwork. Please stay safe and well too xxxx Mags ❤❤❤❤
Omg thank you!!🎉 I was so stressed out from trying to follow a different woman's tutorial I was ready to give up even though my brain was telling me that I just see things literally differently- your process is so natural and intuitive to me that its like finding what I've been meant to always do
I was looking for something to create with my 8th grade online homeschool class and stumbled across this video. I was mesmerized. I was also brought to near tears- so beautiful. Thank you for this.
I have a 7th grader and they too just did it in school not long ago with their teacher. I was able to see all the art and it looked amazing and all the kids enjoyed it so much! It's a wonderful activity for them!
I love doing this type of art, so relaxing! One of my favorite ways to fill in the color is to put a water wash in the space then drop color, or colors, into the wet space and watch it explode out. I might move the color around or I might just let it do it's thing and leave it. It gives me very interesting spaces and it's fun to watch. I especially like putting a different color at opposing edges and encouraging it to meet in the middle. Your video was very relaxing.
I couldn't agree more! One reason I keep going back to watercolor. I've done the Earth Day piece that way, and had so much fun creating it. Thank you for your comment!
@@_bettina_fernandez_ That is an excellent tip Bettina and I can definitely identify with watching the colour explode across the water being a satisfying sight to watch. Thanks for sharing .Love and peace
Yes! I'm working up to the zentangle 😉 I find myself a little overwhelmed trying to figure out what designs to do. Next time I might limit myself to maybe 3 or 4 and see how I feel about it.
Wow I was introduced to Neurographic Art tonight and found your UA-cam channel. Thank you for sharing this wonderful process, it was SOOOOOOO relaxing watching this and I can't wait to try your process.
Helen, thank you so much for sharing your feelings. It can happen sometimes, yes. People can experience emotional releases in different ways. I'm glad you were aware of it when it happened and that it helped you work through whatever you needed to work through at that point. 🙏🏻
I spent the entire day yesterday creating my piece. After the doodling was complete it looked like a hot mess, but once I started the rounding process, and then the painting and embellishing, my brain went on a happy journey of it's own. What an absolutely joyful process this is. I played some accompanying piano music, and "left" this universe. Oh, and my piece came out wonderful (or at least I think so🤣). And yes,. I LOVE neurographic art!
Very beautiful and relaxing too. I love tondoodle and color. Tried Zentangle, like other people commented too, but that sometimes gives me stress because of the intricate patterns that can go wrong. This is more "free". Love your colors ❤️ thanks for the inspiration
I hear you. Now that I am starting to tangle 'less perfect' I am enjoying it much more, and it actually comes out more appealing, more artistic looking. I am definitely going to try this neurographic approach!
Thank you for sharing your art process. What a beautiful piece! Truly enjoyed the video. I started watching neurogenic art videos yesterday and couldn’t quite grasp the ‘rounding junctions’. Your video is so clear on this point. Eureka I understand now. Very inspiring video. Again thank you for sharing.
I tried it today for the first time also. But you have taken it a step further!!! Yes it is incredibly rewarding. Thanks for sharing. I've got to ask what kind of white pen are you using, please?
😆 It was my first time using that pen and at first I was like "Whoa! That's very glittery!" LOL I have a gold one as well that I need to take out for a ride 😉
I like the way you drew the corner lines in but didn’t color them in right away. I just did a little practice before I found your video. This is a much better way to it! I love the water colors, too. That’s what I’ll use when I do it again. 💜I just subscribed to your channel. The art you do is pretty easy and that’s just what I need.
Just did my first neuropathic art tonight.....no color yet.....it was such a releasing feeling that I got a little emotional thinking about my Sister Liz who was the artist in the family who is no longer here in physical form......she passed due to covid and on Dec 23rd 2021 at only 59....Mother was the next day the 24th.....then my BEST Brother Chris on Jan 5th 2022.....Dad passed in Sept 2018....other Brother Joe March 2019.....so I now believe that this is therapy art cause this feels like it helped my grieving and I was breathing alot more deeper.
Oh, Maria. This was heartbreaking to read. I'm so deeply sorry for your profound loss. To lose someone is so hard, but to lose this many in such a short time.... Please continue doing art, it doesn't matter what type. Whatever makes you happy and helps you work through the grieving process. It is immensely powerful and healing. Thank you for sharing with me and I'm happy you found this video and that it helps you. Virtual hugs to you 💕
