    Love this. Im addicted to your recipes. Can you make something without onion and garlic, please? or would be helpful if you can suggest some of ingredients to replace with for NO onion and garlic person. FYI: Im following on FB too. ✌

    Great tips from the expert. Yeah, what's wrong with gravy without cornstarch to thicken it?. Personally, I hate using cornstarch. I would rather wait until the sauce be absorbed for a thicker consistency.

    We cook something almost like this dish.
    With lots off chilli and tomato sauce and with pineapple.
    But hoping to try this recipe too.
    Pls help with 3 questions:
    1. The Vege belacan brand.
    2. The brand of the Wok.
    Our taufu always stick to the pan.
    3. Tauchu brand.
    I love your cooking style.

      Both I not sure exactly the brand because I made this dish at pearly's place and I rarely use this ingredients but can get in local market

      Tauhu basically is vegan... No any animal products in it. Can get in any supermarket
