I am currently at pearl status but I already ordered over $150 and just need to place my 2nd purchase which I'm planning to buy $45 lipstick. I'm confused what is the luxury miniature on pearl? Do I have to spend a certain amount for that coz I'm still seeing "Luxury miniature with 2nd purchase" on "My Gifts"? And do I need to purchase again upon reaching silver to get the welcome gift or they will send it together with my 2nd purchase during pearl?
The luxury miniature is basically like a 5 ML fragrance or a mascara. Those small samples/miniature sizes. The miniatures should be added to your cart if you see it in your account.
Once you move to silver you will be able to redeem your welcome gift. It should be automatically added to your cart or press the button redeem gift in your account when it pops up.
They will not send it together with your pearl purchase.
It will take a few hours for that order to load into your account or a day. And then you can check out and redeem your silver in a separate order

I currently have a few things in my cart and it says that my Silver gift is in that cart, as well. SO, it looks like we will get the Silver gift along with our 3rd purchase. Hmmm....

I purchased a second order and they still showed that I only purchased 1 time, but the amount purchased is correct from both times. And I still stuck at Pearl. So I’m scared to make any other purchases before CS resolve my problem😅

@@mi55y29 They’re supposed to email if you win or not and they will ship it to your house you don’t need to do anything, but in July the last week for the charms. They didn’t email me in the first week of august if I won or lost so I’m not sure how it works now

@@mi55y29 You have to be logged into your Dior account. And then once you click your account, it will bring you to the Dior Beauty Loyalty program, and then there’s different kind of tabs. The third tab is where you can answer the questions. If you’re still confused, I would recommend checking out my Dior Beauty Loyalty program playlist for some more videos and information on the prize in charms.

The Dior Loyalty Program stopped working for me since April 5th. Everytime I log in, there were no challenges to play. It's been like this since April 5th. Are you also experiencing the same thing?
I an not😮 I use to have this problem maybe a year ago, but now my accounts are all working great
Oh wow, I think it's just my account then. I even emailed Dior Customer Service and asked if this was affecting my account only or was it affecting everyone's account, the Dior customer service rep only said he will have IT take a look at it. I have a feeling they blocked my account from taking challenges cause I do log in everyday before to take the challenges.
