Like the gold birthday gift better than the platinum. Do they change up the level gifts through out the year or does it stay the same the whole year ?
It all depends on their stock. Usually they want it to last the whole year before making a change but most times they run out and have to change the gift.

@fifiscorner also what happens once you reach platinum? I know it's valid for a year but if for example i spend 500 while on platinum, do i go back to gold when platinum status expires? Will i still be able to get new set of gifts? Would appreciate the help!
I should have added that to the video 🤦🏾♀️ It skipped my mind. You have a year to spend $900 again or you go back to whatever level for the spend you made and get new gifts.

Do you automatically get the platinum gift every year you maintain your status or just once? Or do you have to let it expire and then get enough point again to get back to platinum to get it?
You get it every year you renew your status.

i dont care abt the notebook bday gift.
Id like to get the jewelry case.
But i also like the platinum gift + holiday gift (which i have to be at platinum by november 30…)

That is a real dilemma. The only way is to remain gold until your birthday but you will miss out on the holiday gift.

There is never any set pattern for changing. It is at random but usually it’s annually.
