So the it only goes slow when you can't maintain the target fps. So let's say you have a 120hz display, you set the fps cap to 120. If you machine can only do 110fps but most of the time dips to the 80's. Then you should set your fps cap to 80. The only time it "slows down" when machine is not strong enough to hold stable the target fps.
Exactly! If your system can't consistently hit the target FPS, it causes stuttering or slowdowns. Capping your FPS to what your machine can handle smoothly (like 80 instead of 120) ensures stable performance and avoids unnecessary dips, leading to a much smoother gaming experience

Guys don't do this fps unlock thing, because it will mess up with the game speed, Instead just use lossless scaling to increase the fps of the game, and you can even use it on the pvp too Also the only thing that you can use to make this game not stutterry is to edit one of db sparking zero file in appdata, you can check on other video how to do it, that's the legit way
I am already using these Settings to Unlocked my 60 FPS, in my case, this does not effects my game speed and my game is working smoothly with Max FPS, Instead, using lossless scaling is a great alternative for boosting FPS without affecting gameplay. For stuttering issues, editing the game files in AppData is a solid fix

Yeah, unlocking FPS in PvP is risky since it can give an unfair advantage with lower input delay, and many games consider it cheating. It makes sense to keep it capped for online matches, but for offline gaming, this method can really enhance the experience

Hello, sorry, I have a question, if we unlock the fps of the game, it blocks the ranked search online. Because every time I unlock it it doesn't find a game, do you have a solution?
If registry changes made your system worse and you lack a restore point, you can: Boot into Safe Mode and revert changes manually via regedit. Run sfc /scannow in Command Prompt to repair corrupted registry files. Reinstall affected software to reset its registry entries. Use a trusted registry repair tool like CCleaner cautiously
If Dragon Ball Z runs in slow motion, lock FPS to your monitor's refresh rate (e.g., 60 FPS), disable V-Sync, update GPU drivers, and verify game files. Reset settings to default if neede
Yes, your system with the Xeon E3-1245 v3 (equivalent to an i7 4th gen) and RX 580 8GB should be capable of running Dragon Ball Sparking Zero. The RX 580 8GB is a solid mid-tier card, and the processor is decent for gaming, even if it's from an older generation. You might need to lower some settings, like shadows or shaders, to ensure smoother performance
setting everything to low just for FPS boost can really take away from the experience. It's all about finding that sweet spot between performance and visuals, so you don’t miss out on the game’s details while still getting smooth gameplay

For your Galaxy Book 4, which likely has integrated graphics, you might face performance issues with demanding games like "Dragon Ball Sparking Zero." The game could run, but performance will depend heavily on the graphic settings. Lowering settings such as resolution, shadows, and effects may help to avoid crashes and improve stability

If Dragon Ball Sparking Zero is slowed down despite stable FPS, try disabling V-Sync, limiting FPS, checking your monitor's refresh rate, and enabling frame interpolation if available. This should restore normal speed and keep the FPS stable

Be really careful with editing the Windows registry. I would probably not do any of the tweaks in his optimization pack! It can have a really bad impact on your system that you cannot fix without a full system factory reset.
The given FPS optimizations can indeed improve performance, always make sure to back up your registry before applying any changes. It's a safer approach, especially if you're not entirely sure about the tweaks you're making, you can edit the registry in notepad and see what's going to change in window settings.

If your game is lagging despite having a powerful laptop, try the following.... Check for background processes using up resources. Disable V-Sync or enable Adaptive Sync in the NVIDIA control panel. Update your game and GPU drivers. Lower in-game graphics settings, especially shadows and anti-aliasing. Adjust NVIDIA control panel settings to prioritize performance. Try running the game in compatibility mode if necessary.
