Get a financial advisor, not this guy.
I think that while more money can buy happiness it’s not the money by itself it’s more likely HOW you use the money
Yeah like buying your mom the house she always wanted
Which means it's the money itself because of its power
No, money doesn't buy happiness. Nice try.
@@bobfg3130 uh ok then give me all yo money

Why? Get a job. Give me your money.
What a legend. Educating the masses while still being interesting.
He's not.
this is quality content, you deserve more frequent viewers man
These long videos are great, we want more of 'em .
Money doesn't buy happiness but it buys the ability to be happy. What i mean is, you can't be happy without money, but having money doesn't necessarily make you happy
Inflation is not caused by how much you are paid it is caused by the government printing money.
Can you make a video explaining compound interest and which are the most reliable to invest and start compounding?
I like your videos but was still surprised about how based that last take was.
Man i fucking love your videos , i fell in love with the whole concept of money and economy and your videos are just big fucking cherry on top
“Your broke!”
That first is hilarious tbh
I still think money don't buy happiness, by the simple fact that happiness isn't measurable

WASTING MONEY BUYS DEPRESSION
Thanks for busting that horrible minimum wage myth, i'm tired of people not realizing those jobs need to be liveable, else who will do them ? I've seen every cope online from "just don't get an useless art degree" to "just work hard" to "back in my day i stacked rocks uphill BOTH WAYS so work you p*ssy". Those always comes from boomers and people already born in some confort money wise, i hate that crabe bucket mentality and blows my mind that between automation and lack of jobs we aren't reducing hours to create more shifts, hence more jobs and add welfare on top so everyone gets a job and more free time. We should create a system where every adults get to choose between 1 year military service or 2 years working minimum wage service/retail so we stop having those idiots polluting discussions.
Winning the lottery isn't actually a CURSE IF you do some crucial steps
Step 1: try your Dammed hardest to keep the world from knowing you won(I.e be anonymous)
Step 2: take out like 1% of the sum for celebration, and keep the rest in investments.
Step 3: only use what your money generates, not thr lottery money itself
Hate science but love money so im watching this
also ur vids are awesome
Love you
I'm skeptical of the minimum wage bit, but I'd be willing to believe it, at least for large employers. I highly doubt the results are the same for companies with fewer employees that are already operating on narrow profit margins without much savings. I suspect the lack of a direct price increase of goods comes from the fact that every company builds up loads of inefficiencies over time that cost the company a bunch of money, but as they say, don't fix what ain't broke. So when something like a forced wage increase comes along, suddenly a lot of things break, and they get fixed, and the customer is saved from a proportional price increase.
There is no one earning more than 500k per year. Elon Musk laughing at the corner.
A higher minimum wage attracting more people to the labor market means that the people making minimum wage before it was raised will be crowded out by the more qualified newcomers. There’s no such thing as a free lunch, Homie.
Im gonna do that indexfund thingy. Seems interesting.
(Im dutch so cant use that link you suggest)
You’re wrong about the part of money/banks and inflation. Keeping your money in a bank with an interest rate of 0.6% is much better than keeping it in your mattress. Also, you’re not taking into account that for the past couple years has been a period of high inflation, which before that it was MUCH less. Average inflation rate prior to 2021 for the past decade has not been 3%, and the Fed was struggling to put interest rates at 2%. Please let your viewers know the other options/history rather than blatantly saying that having a savings account is a terrible idea.
What index fund is best?
What's the 3rd fact song name?
Cool!
compound interest (for 10 $ / day) never will make you a millionaire during your lifetime - but it *will* get you a decent payout and probably even make you wealthy if you live long enough
Money doesn't change you - it brings out who you are - when the winner is not disciplined and financially educated then winning the lottery becomes a curse for them -winning the lottery is awesome 🙏
How people think minimum wage works:
Company: oh noes we have to pay people more, raise prices
What actually happens:
Oh hot dog, now more people can buy stuff, we make more money
fam that 30% of millionaire's who never made 100k are all old people who bought houses for $50 and now theyre worth $3,000,000
and things will continue to go up in price the same way bro
they could've gotten their million by putting all into stocks instead with the same result
@@alonsoACR Nah IBM was the best tech company at the time and it's only up 200% since 1980 (compared to s&p's 22,000%)
@@studioq4560 ...i meant in average
buy s&p instead
I like your longer videos, but they still feel far too short form-y
I would love to see you make more actual long form content

"Money can't buy happiness"
Gamers: B*ICH U KNOW PCS?!?
Is there a credit card for gaming
10/10
The study DIDN'T say that money CAN buy happiness. In fact it showed that money brings more stress when you're happy. If the study said that you're happier when you're more stressed its methods are bad. Nice try. You fail. 👎
As for millionaires...if you take into account their 401k as part of their wealth, you're doing it wrong. As of 2022 having $1 million or 2 or 3 in the US means you're just set up fir a comfortable retirement where you can go on trips around the country or abroad and maybe have some money for emergencies. Every 7 to 10 years there's a stock market crash.
Next myth: "Self-made millionare". Did he make the paper, ink and draw his own bills? Only millionares, that made a million dollar idea can claim making something worth a million, but every dollar is given to you by someone else unless you mint your own dollar.
You can make something, that people think is worth a million, but you still need to find some idiot to give you that million, or market it enough to profit a dollar from a million people.
My opinion, 99,99% millionares got their first million by manipulating someone to give it to them.
manipulating? what?
bro just invest the money
did you just see the same vid as me? a third of millionaires never made more than 100k a year not even once in their life

money is not everything because if someone have me 10 billion dollars to live like you I would no I think everyone would say no
You should do fitness videos.

monyes ?
ok
The first three are kind of bullshit but same time I'm not sure about the lottery one but the first two I'm pretty sure money can't buy happiness and putting money in a bank well yes it is safe but same time he does sort of have a point
Money doesn't directly just buy happiness but it can help ease stress on not having to worry about rent and things. Let's say you take a shower. This is an example of using money(water bill) to stay clean and in general keep up sanity and happiness levels. If one doesn't have enough money to take a shower everyday then obviously they aren't going to be the same emotionally.
The reason the lottery one happens is because of the fact that the majority of lottery winners don't know how to handle their money and some even quit their jobs.
God damn not even 1k likes
