It’s great to have a reliable person in the family to handle your project. Trust is lacking in our society and to have her avail her self to you and you trusting her is commendable.

Yes. Trust Is Lacking With Some Families In Nigeria 🇳🇬 I Lost Alot Of Money In Nigeria. Not Trustworthy Milking Families. They Think Because We Are Living Here In USA That There Is Money Trees. I Almost Go Into Deep Depression When Family Member Financially Did Me Bad. I Have Learned My Lesson And Scared To Trust. I Have 7 Years To Retired In USA. @@AfricanUSA-th9ov Thank you! It's indeed tough when trust is lacking, especially with some families in Nigeria. I've heard similar stories, and it's disheartening. However, it's crucial to stay optimistic and plan carefully.
It's understandable to feel apprehensive, but with the right people and careful planning, your projects can be successful. Best of luck with your plans.

What a reliable woman your sister is. You must be proud of her. I have a similar sister and she will be supervising a new house I am about to start building. Any diasporan who has a reliable relative in Nigeria is lucky. Most people are unreliable.

God bless your aunty. She did an amazing job right there. ✅️
One of the most helpful tips or advice is letting us know how long the process has taken and what it's like getting to the final stages.
I for one was encouraged when I learned that you've been on it for 7 years, it just eases the pressure because I'm on similar project (4 bedroom duplex) for 2.5 years and even though it's close to the completion stage i.e. starting interior etc. Sometimes I just hope that it's actually faster but seeing your videos and hearing your stories makes me feel encouraged and less pressured. I also had to wait several months of doing nothing but just praying and God being faithful, before you know it, He makes a way and big progress is made... Currently in the waiting stage again but will resume again soon by God's grace, and I'm thankful for the waiting period also, because I learn a lot in the process. I've definitely learned so much from you that will be very helpful when I resume the final stage(s).
Thanks a lot brother🙏 and God bless you for sharing so much with us. I can't wait to see the video of when you finally move in.

Thank you for your kind words and for sharing your own building journey. It's great to hear that my videos have been encouraging and helpful to you. Building projects can indeed be long and challenging, but staying patient and trusting in the process can lead to beautiful outcomes. I'm glad to hear that you're nearing the completion stage of your duplex and that you've found value in the waiting periods as well. Keep pushing forward, and I look forward to seeing your project's progress too. Best of luck with your project, and God bless you too!

As always, I’m happy to see the progress of this project. I have started molding blocks, but the family members take forever to accomplish anything.
