If Julen and his coaches can make some of our players even a little bit better, that will be amazing. So many of them seem to have degraded in recent times. Also, if we can get our possession from something like 23% to even something like 28%, that'll be an improvement. Honestly, it's not going to take a lot to impress me lately. Maybe if we can even have some different lineups in matches, and occasionally half time subs to target a tactical opportunity.
Just reading your comment, one would think you support the bottom team from last season. So much pessimism for a team that had a European run and finished solidly in mid-table despite largely average players. You West Ham fans don't know what you had with Moyes and you're going to miss him now that he's gone.

I am so pumped to see how this season pans out .. I expected I mid table finish but I also expect to see the team build and improve as the season goes on.
I dont recall seeing any of this sort of training under Moyes.

We now have coaches who have coached Real Madrid, Spain National team, Porto, Sevilla etc. Much more experienced with top players and fluid football.
They seem very keen to get fitness etc up and our players looked like they lacked fitness at points last season. It is promising

Amazing to see a first glimpse of the new boys Wes and Luis, not sure why they got the keepers involved in the passing drill tho because yes I know that keepers need to be good with their feet nowadays but they still don't really need to dribble that much so I think it was unnecessary for them to participate in that particular exercise but overall I love these kinda videos, keep them coming please admin #COYI ⚒️⚒️⚒️

I was doing more sophistigated work when i was playing for Adam Utd on a sunday. I can still pass & cross a ball with both feet. O'h and i occasionally pass the ball forward. Take a note Ricey. HA HA.

My under 14’s make a better job of these drill. The touch and passing even at slow speeds with these players is embarrassing. I know it’s just a warm up but it’s lacking.
