They are awesome!
ace!
10 foot is a gem. I met him half a dozen times when we both lived on the Isle Of Wight as teens. He was a proper happy chap. Its weird cos all he does is write ten foot in hard to reach places yet there is something so mystifying about it that I love and will always love. Oker is a legend too... Dondi is my fave ever. Great video mate x
Officer Daniel, BTP's biggest imformer.
your getting investigated for that comment
I've seen a couple of throw ups as well as tags from 10Foot. Maybe it was an impersonator? It's on an overpass near London Bridge in plain view of the public, guy must have serious balls and fast movement to get this stuff up
@@ls.c.5682 probably not a toy, likely just 10foot, he's insanely prolific. Seen him up in Brussels and Berlin with my own eyes.
@@fakenamerealchungus9851 it's def a 10 foot throw up after checking some images
💣
Eyyy look whos here 🐦
I know max writes ive seen him with a silver uni in his pocket cheeky..
Brighton got some fire writers..
@@powellpkerwhat vid?
@@camc6900 Qutie a few, i remember one being the shipwreck ship video.
@@powellpker Yeah I caught that too lol. You mean the tag on the old screen, right? That one was fresh as hell.
THAT HEIST DURING COVID WAS SAVAGE!!!!!!! BIG UP DDS & THE OTHER CREWS
as a locksmith who knows all about the LUL system.......one bunch of keys and you are good as it gets ......i enjoy spotting his work all over .....my mans double busy
thank you so much for making this, because if this gets popular it'll really open the eyes of some others.
- from a londoner
This is a great indie doc my guy; as someone who loves everything counter culture on this island, I hugely enjoyed that. I've subscribed to catch the next production - keep it up mate.
@@thomaswalliker thank you man!
@@ouut_heere & thank youuuu! please dont stop!
Here before this blows up in every single persons feed and makes this small 217 subscriber channel into a couple thou. good luck on your journey!
1.7k already
Is that Martha Cooper near the start?! Her book changed lives across the world. It was proof in your hands that such endeavour can be taken seriously, chronicled, studied.
Watching the rest after work!
It sure is! I was going to talk about her a bit in the video but I cut it out. I thought I would pay homage to her in the intro
It seems to be from the short-movie 'one week with 1up'.
this video randomly popped up in my recoms. never watched much of anything about these topics so i have no idea why but im hooked. looking forward to the next video
Same but I really don’t give a shit about any of this. The algorithm is not great.
Great video, what the fuck? The editing was on point, it fits really well with graffiti as a topic! Keep it up brother
I always see 10 foots throw up on the rail bridge at Hackney Central. The other guy who i used to see everywhere 20 years ago was Rainman.
Fume was the guy I saw EVERYWHERE in the late 90s. Growing up in NW suburbs I'd often see Prize, Soz, Crept around Uxbridge, Harrow, Wembley
This is so well done. I've come across 10foots graffiti a lot in London but never knew the story.
Keep going brother, this was great. Top tier algo pull
I moved to london for about a year and I'd see 10 foot written in the most hard to reach place most notably one coming into liverpool street station. It would always get me thinking who is it? and what does it mean? is it just one person or is it a group? because id see it everywhere. I didnt realise he was such a prominent figure. theres a unsual homely feeling after watching this video, like no matter what I know there will always '10 foot' just round the corner.
Incredible video though man, learning about these things that are right under our noses, that im sure a lot of people take no notice of, does wonders for making the world feel more alive and fascinating. Keep it up dude!!!
Loved this, great doc. Been seeing 'Sica' all over the North UK, and spreading further, for years so really interesting to learn more about the roots.
holy shit this quality is off the charts keep it up
10foot goes all the way to Birmingham on a couple train lines
Everywhere I go I see 10Foot, Bristol Cardiff even bloody bruton!! Impressive is an understatement! 10Foot cannot be stopped!
Cant BELIEVE this has less than 50 views, hope this blews up🐼💯 Keep this quality 👏
Thanks so much for watching!
the algorithm has found this is about to blow up.
I capture his graffiti everywhere as my special weird interest is wanting to keep graffiti and tags alive by capturing them which has made me recognise tags all the time- I somehow don't have any Banksy on my graffiti page yet cos I haven't spent a day looking in London but I love 10 foot so much and robbo who I found a tag of which felt special
The production of this video was incredible, loved the music. Doesn’t get anymore UK than this
went on a walking tour of shoreditch a few years ago and got turned on to the street writing community. Thanks for telling these stories. If I can give a critique, music is a bit loud during voiceovers. you can notch out the EQ around 1-5k hz to make your voice a bit more clear if you like the balance.
incredible doc man, please make more!!!
I saw a 10Foot tag from the train on a shed in a field in the middle of Belgium straight after having a convo about him with my mate. Blew my mind haha
I was driving through Exeter earlier this year, turn of March, about 8am very misty and the bright winter sun rising. Approaching a sharp bend at the side of a field in a really remote spot I saw on the side of a huge water container in a field '10 Foot' and it made me smile. Commuting into London is good to spot any new ones that pop up. There's one in Southend too. Ledge.
great first video. cant wait to see what else you do. subbed for sure.
ive been waiting for this foreverrrrrrrr. see 10foot everywhere
Interesting perspective from some of these comments that big it up. In my opinion tags are horrible and makes the place look like shit. I think its mad disrespectful that they do it on peoples property too
Epic documentary well put together can't wait for more
That dnb tune is a banger 🎉
I lived here all my life but never took notice a 10foot tag. I bet i see it eveywhere from now on
10foot is an outsider in london, he reps dds but he aint about it like that... he just got put on for his work rate. Met him & oker, always looked upto them but once u meet these people the magic fades away, they are not what you imagine. The only top writer i still respect after meeting them is VAMP.. Top guy.
10ft/oker got good connections world wide though, they write with alot of americans.
He got my sleepy Somerset market town, and a bit of the local area when Glastonbury was on last year. So weird driving past the Bath and West showground and you see 10Foot up on the road signs
Could you please tell what is the first song in the video? I tried to find it everywhere, but nothing. Please help🙏🙏🙏
The warning at the beginning should say
This is only ok if your name is banksy
Who’s still waiting for an EGGS comeback?! 💛💛💛
No one ever seems to mention snag either, hes absolutely every where
Nice start ! Please never stop ! Strength to you !
love your video great job mate
special shoutout to the music choice 👌
the quality of this video is amazing
10FOOT is one of the best OG UK graffiti writers! I've seen a lot of his work around and honestly despite it being simple it's good
Big up snag, flek, ower, dosk.
Rip ozone.
I've seen his tag on a motorway central reservation on the island of Madeira once. He gets about!
never really knew much about the graffiti scene where i live and this has given me a great insight so thank you.
Don't ever stop 10Foot!
Great doc and music. Thank you
You know what that phonk/jungle track is? I've checked out lona's pages but can't find it
Same here bro, can't find shit @@zach7790
@@zach7790 literally me asking everyone on here lmao
This is such a cool Video! Love the Music as well. What song plays at ~3:40?
seen him everywhere from Barking to Penzance. you can only respect his workrate and dedication
underrated asf
Have been following 10Foot for about 10 years now. The sheer ubiquity of 10Foot’s global presence is ridiculously impressive - makes me proud to be a Londoner!
Shoulv've added oker to the list, ,another uk ledgend
old skool
Jokesest 10FOOT we've found was randomly on the side of some shoring when climbing a mountain in Scotland.
Funny that this popped up on my algorithms considering i personally know him. He a nice guy
Absolute legend, from the A13 in essex to a small carpark in rural dorset ive seen his tags.
To me tox will always be more prolific, fella got absolutely everywhere
Nice video, 10foot has got the spark
great video, got my subscription, keep it up1!!!!
I drive through blackwall station and poplar all the time. He's still fresh and alive, more active than the London traffic 😂
Love the music and sound effects!
Awesome mini doc - but it's bigger than London - 10 foot from tracks to motorways, cities and towns, everywhere in the UK
For some reason I feel like hobo was originally an abbreviation of hopping borders, or hop boarding or smth like that but I cant find anything on it
Saw some 10foot work on Margate sea front on Saturday
This was beautifully done
would love to see a video on the 10ftx eggs beef
Bro what’s the jungle tune at the start and end?! Awesome video as well
Spent some time with 10foot when we were kids, it’s crazy to see him become such a graff icon! I still got a beat tape of his somewhere 😂 biggup for this doc
It’s 5:49 in the morning, 11 minutes to 6:)
@@wiLLsofsteeL84 your memory is better than mine haha
Ridiculous sound on this. Really well made video and hope you go far.
With all due respect Seen is just one of many subway writers from the 70's/early 80's and outside of mainstream fames hasn't been active, meaning prolific since then.
Noted! Apologies, I was struggling for ages to think of who the new york person should be, and just eventually chose one of my favourites
@@ouut_heere It was still a good mini doc though, props. Maybe people would disagree but I guess JA One would be the most prolific, up, and likely the longest running. Seen UA still one of the nicest though.
The tenfoot tag on a bridge near Sheffield is iconic
HELCH
great vid and the tunes choice is amazing, the cowbell track - assuming its unreleased stuff?
thanks bro! its all unreleased stuff that was made for the video
@@ouut_heere please release the song
Sounds like some of remixes for Parni Iz Ufy (Парни из Уфы) of Loud (ЛАУД)
@@dj_drummoI second that!!
Saw a 10foot at Chichén Itzá, Mexico. Which probably made my day more than the ruins
this channel is gonna be so sick i can feel it. i love looking at city graffiti and wondering how they reached the places, it’s insanely impressive.
i see helch in all the towns n cities surrounding me. he was everywhere at one point
proper video fair play. 10 foot tagged the bridge by my house in Wales, I had always wondered how he got up there
Saw his tag on a wee walk from Machynlleth to the coast - was shocked
i see 10 foot even in the countryside he is up everywhere!
10 foot is a London icon 🫡
Actually gave me goose bumps the whole vibe of this doc is great 10 foot is a fuckin king
1000th sub, absolute fire documentary.
Love it, love him. Great work
I have also seen that 10 foot in Leicester around the corner from my house on the back of a phone box on Evington road he gets around I’ve seen it a lot In Leicester down the canal in fact all over Leicester. Interesting.
God I can't wait to see what you drop next, amazing video!
I know you gave the lonas sc + spotify in the desc, but I can't find the track at the start and the end on either, is it an unreleased track, or was it made by someone else?
1UP IS WORLDWIDE!
This was very well done. 🤘
Love it! May we have the Track IDs, please? 🙏
His name is Sam Moore.
respect. stay up.
Loved this video. I want to see graffiti get the recognition it deserves. It’s not talked about nearly enough as one of the fundamental corners of hip hop
great work love from france exicted to see whats next
Great video, but I think the music is a bit too loud/voice too quiet at some points
Great video! But some constructive criticism, you need to work on your audio mixing! It’s hard to hear what you’re saying in parts where the music is present. Thank you for the insight and knowledge! Much appreciated
If it’s original interesting art and not hurting anyone or offending anyone then I’m cool and the gang for supporting someone’s artwork
sick video mehn thanks for the teachings
when i saw the title i knew it was 10
absolutely terrific, lovely!
Nice video it felt quite like a Adam Curtis documentary
See 10ft everywhere in the M25, assumed people started copying his tag and it became a sort of Anonymous type scenario!
Started in Philadelphia? Ive seen graffiti and tags from the middle ages!
Good video. If you’re on the graffiti video thing , look into Force or 4ce he’s prolific.
I've seen this man's tag all the way from manchester to cornwall, I heard he's an insomniac who sleeps an hour or two a night, but you know how urban legends get.
