- Today was a beautiful day, perfect for a cozy home-cooked meal. I decided to make a Smithfield pork roast, surrounding it with golden potatoes and vibrant carrots. As it roasted, the delicious aroma filled my entire house, making it feel warm and inviting. The scent was so delightful that I couldn't resist stepping outside to enjoy a cup of freeze-dried coffee, savoring every sip. I think it is so good that you and Doug can help your daughter. Yes practicle gifts. I bought my daughter a set of good cooking knives last Christmas and my son an Instant Pot. 😂
I agree I think practical gifts are a good idea. I think Your Daughter getting knives and your son getting an instant pot is perfect. I mean she really doesn’t need any more bobbles and every gift we buy is always practical. Like we bought her outdoor furniture because that’s what she wanted and we said well merry Christmas then.

Hey Dee. Your speaking of freeze dried stuff reminded me of this new channel I'm following. It's acres homestead. The lady, Becky, does videos about food preservation. It's canning and freezing but also she has a freeze dryer that she uses for long term food storage. I thought it might interest you. The pork roast looks really nice. Unfortunately, I don't eat pork but it might also be good with beef. I'll give it a try. Have a great day!

You really should try that seasoning mix it’s really good. I think they did a great job. And I love my garden. It’s so pretty back there and peaceful. I don’t have to look at any neighbors which is perfect. It’s my own private sanctuary back there and I just love it. And you’re right there was no added oil to that meal and it was good. Girlfriend freeze dry coffee is delicious. I’m telling you right now. I mean, three jars for 40 bucks but if you in your store, you will be lucky. I know my sister says she sees it in Florida where she lives in her store but I can’t find it anywhere here but it’s so smooth tasting no bitterness and it’s so good and I have to drink decaf, thank you, my friend.
