Prayers going out to Bryleigh and please listen to your mama. Especially at your age sleep is so important,if you can’t sleep because your mind won’t stop thinking start a journal and just write down all your thoughts and worries for that day it will really help you to relax your mind .

Poor Bryleigh. I’m glad everything worked out.
It is super important to get the sleep your body needs. Everyone is different in how many hours they need, some people function on 6 or some on 8 hours etc. Sleep is just as important as physical activity. I ended up with extreme burnout from overworking, doing too much and not enough sleep and it was so hard to bounce back from, its only a couple of years later that I feel some normality again.
Look after yourselves you are all worth it ❤❤❤

It can be common in younger people now especially. Stress can cause something called costrochondritis (spelling) but its swelling around the chest cavity. Causes shortness of breath and chest pains. Not life threatening, but scary nonetheless and needs medical attention.
Anxiety can also cause tightness and discomfort. Praying she feels better!
Young people can have chest pains too

I hope nothing like that ever happens to Bryleigh again & hope she starts getting more rest & starts feeling better & that would be a very scary thing to have happen but glad the tests showed all is well. My daughter always used those Orajel single use swabs for my grandson’s teething pain & they really helped & she used them along with Tylenol.

Sending prayers Bryleigh. I just got out of the hospital myself. I was in there since Monday cause my hemoglobin was at 5.5 so I had to have 3 blood transfusions. Feel better soon

I hope bryleigh feels better soon. I can sometimes have heart palpitations issues and so I had to cut back on my caffeine consumption I have one pop a day and then the rest of the day is water or water with some kind of flavor packet in it. Also if she is having issues still falling asleep at night have her try to take a melatonin pill or gummy that should help and as much as she won’t like it I think taking her phone at night should help and maybe even some blue light glasses because I don’t love to read but I do like watching tv but the lights keep me up so I used to have blue light glasses and they helped

I have had that pain. I had been doing a lot of lifting boxes and stuff ends up I strained a muscle but didn’t feel it till I layer down and it started to spasm. Of course like you said your anxiety goes off the charts when you have pain in your chest which makes it worse and your heart to race.

I'm glad that she's ok! I've had that problem before, but it was because of caffeine. I drink WAY to much, but on the other hand, I'm glad Bry is alright! Prayers! ❤❤❤❤

I have been through that before and it’s rough I always go get it checked out especially with my cardiac history because I’d rather play it safe than sorry im glad it all turned out ok

Awww, sorry to hear you had to visit the ER Bryleigh. No fun (I worked I one for years) and most people have anxiety when they arrive. It’s scary for sure. I’m glad they didn’t find a heart problem or thyroid issue. Did they check your gallbladder? Anyway, hope that pain doesn’t come back! Take care of you Bryleigh! Listen to your mama! I agree, get more rest and drink more water. Always remember, water is your best friend! Hope you are feeling much better❤❤❤

If you take a clean washcloth and wet it, then put it in the freezer, it makes a great teether.

I have a chronic illness called pots and for me sometimes it mimics some really serious health issues like a heart attack etc. it’s always super important to go get your heart checked out if you notice something irregular it’s better to just go and nothing is wrong than to not go and something is seriously wrong

Poor Bryleigh. The way you described her symptoms kind of makes it seem like she was having a heart attack.
I have Dysautonomia and that’s a Autonomic Nervous System Disorder which is a Umbrella Term for POTS and other neurological disorders that affect the ANS. I have heart palpitations, dizziness/ lightheartedness and I have the feeling of pre- syncope. I don’t think I have any chest pains unless I have heartburn from eating something that is very greasy or very spicy. But yes, if you don’t get enough sleep you can get weak and your body will start to break down, If I don’t get enough sleep I could have a seizure because I’m Epileptic. I also have EDS which could cause me to dislocate or subluxate my joints. Plus you need to drink water, if you are like me and you have Dysautonomia ( POTS) you need to drink water and drink electrolytes or drinks that have sodium in them. Does she have EDS or has she ever been to a geneticist or Rheumatologist to get tested for that or a Cardiologist to get her heart tested for any type of heart condition?
Sounds like she pulled her chest muscle, that is what happen to me at times
I dealt with the chaotic health issues since at the elementary school, including my vision with the clumping pigments, the right side of a body, and the women's health issues.🤷♀For about two years, the eye specialist doesn't understand how it happened to my both eyes. Especially being adopted from a different country, it's difficult for me to know which biological family side had a hidden medical health.🌍One thing that helped me before going to see a physician is to write down something what I've experienced in my health journal book.✍📓Emotions, symptoms, and based on what we're eating that impact our stressed as well associated with the health issues and others. That can help you guys with the note preparations, then you can visit to the doctor's appointment. Hope it helped with the health trackers!❤

If she is hyper mobile she should get an echo to check for an aortic aneurysm as a precaution. They measure the dilation over time to see how fast or slow it is dilating over time becusse the vascular Ehlers Danlos can cause an aortic aneurysm a lot younger than most people. Or does she have Endometriosis? It can be on the diaphragm and lung and cause heart pain like it feels like it’s being squeezed. I had the Endo and had it “excised” by a special type of gynecologist with extra special training and once it was removed from my diaphragm and lung the pain stopped but I know for a fact that pain radiates to the arm and shoulder. Dr Sinervo in Atlanta is the best in the world for treating and removing this. Trust me!! He does free records review. She may have the thoracic endometriosis is this happened during her period or ovulation.. read up as it can lead to Catamenial pneumothoraces.. which are small collapses.

She could have something called costocondritis I had it is were the middle of your chest becomes inflamed and course pain on the left side of your chest
Pain on the left said of your chest and the middle because inflamed and makes it hard to breathe I had that back in the fall and went to pt for it

I something time stay up all night and when I do I get chest pain and it bec I stay up all night and when I started going to bed like at 9 or 10 I quick having chest pains so bry go to bed early
