Hope your stress feels better Tracy. What helps me is the one minute breathing exercises and one minute reflecting exercises. Try to focus on yourself for one to two minutes each day or as often as you wish. Hope Aspyn feels better soon. Hugs and prayers.

She does but Ive said this in multiple vlogs….she does not like driving when Ayden is with us. Can’t just leave him at home alone so she can drive us around. And she doesn’t vlog if she is by herself driving. 👍
