1st Case: The wife married him AFTER the paternity dispute was brought to her attn. She has no one to blame but herself for signing up for that life. Based on her reaction to the results, I hope the wife doesn't take her anger out on that innocent little girl. That could be a recipe for child abuse. If the dad allows his wife to mistreat his child, he's just as trifling as she is.
I hope if she continues to act like that then he will leave her… you have to put your kids first.
😂 I loved it when the judge says “ Jerome , Get me my violin “ in response to the wife complaining after the results were read. The father should have found a way to follow through with the court ordered DNA test . I wish the man who stepped up was the biological father . God bless him and that beautiful little girl , and her mother.

These men only bring their wives on these shows to make the baby mama look bad, they also want to lie and act like she knew. I believe a lot of these women didn't know they were married. Usually when the married man is the father that means she didn't know cause she was being faithful. If he's not the father she knew he was married and was doing her own thing🤷🏽♀️. My ex-husband used to take me with him to pick up his kids and it pist his baby mama off he wanted to take me everywhere he knew his baby mama was gonna be 😒🙄. I eventually got tired of it and never went with him again.

If 1 man signs the birth certificate another man can't be forced to pay support or go to jail. He can't be named by default with another on the certificate unless he did DNA and wasn't dad. She's committing fraud double dipping support from 2 men
Even though the first man was ordered to pay support, since there was a DNA test done now, the other said man can be reimbursed and the actual dad is ordered to pay past and present support. The issue now is that the wife needs to grow up and accept it or move on. How dare she lie on that woman just so she wouldn’t have to deal with the mother of that precious child!
Since she lied and the real father can't even see the child, she might get into trouble. She will get into trouble if he reports her, and she will have to return some of the money to child support since the less her child sees her father, the more child support he will have to pay. I have seen it done before.
You can be in a relationship and still expect the bio father to pay support for his child. What I don't understand is how the state chose him by default if someone else is on the birth certificate...

You might be right, but my own take on it is that he is pathologically jealous, especially since the woman says it has been an issue from the start. He might have promised he won't throw accusations at her anymore, but dollars to donuts he was at it again within weeks.

She had a man sign birth certificate who actually takes care of baby then somehow gets court order support from other so why isn’t first man paying. Is she committing fraud getting support from both? If other guy is good and loves baby why she want this man? Makes no sense. Other man is probably nice and simp so it’s not exciting so she wants to cause trouble with this other man cause he’s married now.
2nd case had a wonderful ending. I sincerely hope this family is happy and doing well 💜 those two beautiful babies deserve their parents getting along

Mr. Smith is crying guilty tears. He needs to learn how to figure out his emotions. The children are his. He said they were going through so much. Sounds like financial. He can't afford the children.
This last case is crazy. I had an ex like him except he was abusive. This man isn't abusive physically but he's definitely abusive mentally.
I'm glad that she has a good head on her shoulders and isn't drained at this point.

I agree. I dated one guy who was crazy jealous, they make themselves sick living in this fantasy world. I don't think it's fixable. I hope she put some boundaries into place to protect her kids from being exposed to that craziness . When I broke up with this guy he turned into a scary stalker. Kicking my door in, following me, trying to run me over with his car. Stealing a vehicle. We only saw each other every other weekend because I didn't want him around my kids and he never lived with me. several months later when I actually started dating someone, he started harassing him. It's a sickness that takes up everyone's energy. No thanks.

Good morning I love judge Laura lakes I wake t every morning to watch her she's tough and Smart and very intelligent black woman n she's very good at her job and she's very serious about the children knowing where n who they are n who's there family and help them to fine peace she's amazing n she doesn't play she's strong and that's what we need n she truly cares about you and the situation and she doesn't play favorites and she will put you in your place she's a very strong woman and she will get to the truth we need her n her show because it's so many people out there that don't no where there come from n who's there parents and she will get to the truth for you she's a great person and a wonderful judge and mother I love her keep up the good 👍 work Mrs Laura lakes. While I wonder about this stepmom, I think most are okay. My children's stepmom is a treasure. I refer to her as my child's Other Mom. Sometimes the stepmom/stepdad get a bad rap because of the toxic relationship between the bio-parents. And sometimes step-parents are just evil.

1st case. I can’t blame ol girl for crying especially if she really is harassing them. In that moment I would have been reviewing my choices.

2nd case she did break the cycle and did to her both children what her birth mother did to her. That says a lot about her.
in the 1st episode the woman looks like a man, the man seems slow and his wife allowed herself to be in that situation faking tears and thinking only of herself. 2nd episode - despite looking like her Father the woman seemed to not want this to be the case, the man however seemed genuinely pleased. In the last episode I say to the man - get a grip, you should feel privileged to be part of the creation of those adorable little ones. To the woman I say do not make anymore babies with this man - he ain't ready.

the last case is just for the free trip. there was not real doubt there unless he is cheating and the "evil thinks what evil does" scenario is at play.
