Really love these quicker, more frequent videos while you’re clearing out your backlog. Typically wouldn’t watch a SD video personally because I don’t build any, but it’s fun all the same.

An easy Platinum tier in terms of SD kits. Tbh there is little expectations to SD kits since they don't do that much but this one exceed most of that expectations.
1. Color correction stickers
2. Pose
3. And that shield was another level since most SD kits don't have any gimmicks.
Damn the way the eye stickers folded in when putting the mask to fold it in is just so satisfying!!!
And the end result of the eye camera is just perfection
I like how SD version of the shield is more anime accurate than HGs and FM Ariel shield

Glad to see that the Permet Score 5 stickers are included, personally preferred the red over rainbow
Since they did a p-bandai version, they should have had score 5 as the regular release and score 8 as p-bandai
@@HighEffortUsername Agreed, it makes no sense why they would release the score 8 as regular release and score 5 as P-Bandai. The Aerial went score 5 as regular but score...6 I guess? as P-Bandai
I guess to clean things up with the Permet glow;
Red - Permet Score 5 and below
Blue - Permet Score 6-7
White - Permet Score 8 (and 9?)
Rainbow - Permet Score 10 and beyond
I dont't think there's a green permet XD, jokes aside, it does somewhat makes sense now, but the score 5 will be what people will mainly go after because it's more standard and probably will trap people in P-Bandai hell (unless you want your pilot to rot there just standing in score 8+ ish doing nothing canon wise)

Calibarn with the big SD head makes it look really really cute. I mean look at it it looks adorable and while I definitely agree that it's stupid that now they're deciding to make it so that way you can get both the normal version and the red permit score version as regular releases but they never did this for the high-grade even after we got the red permit score pop-up in the anime, at least they are doing it now. Still doesn't explain the laziness but a good review overall!
meanwhile the RX-Zeromaru from Build Divers is a rare case that a non-SD can use the CS Frame as in a 1/144 scale body.
I find it funny how good the SD heads actually look on HG kits.
I love SDs and glad we got this and upcoming mighty strike rather than another SD EX, just wish the rest of the CS range was more widely available.
I am disappointed that they don't use the CS frame for the legs. It makes the arms look weirdly long.
They are just messing with us at this point.

Takes me several afternoons to build a HG. I mean I am slow and a stickler for nub marks and panel lines, but still.

I have a SD Gundam CS Gundam 00 Diver Ace and it only came with the SD frame not the CS frame. Makes me wana try to track down the CS frame now, i guess they learned their lesson and stared adding both frames lol

I have the HG version and the P-Bandai version. But right now I'm wondering if we're going to get more FM G-Witch kits or if Bandai is just going to make MGs. It's kind of weird how they haven't even made an announcement or posted a teaser for more FM kits.

looks like they got rid of the thigh frame and gave it its real thigh. I wonder if this is how they are going forward or just this kit due to the look of Calibarn? Edit: looks like its just the Calibarn as the SDCS MS Freedom will have the CS frame thighs.
Honestly even the high grade was tweaking, I hate how subdued the rainbow stickers were on it after you slap on the smoky plastic on em. Wasn't a problem with the other Gundams of the line either.
I gotta wonder how much of this can be used to kitbash a SDCS Aerial

The ifficial designation for the rainbow colors is Permet Score Gay. Trust me, I'm an expert.
It cost as much as the HG version but with worse,articulation, colour seperation and less parts.
It's cheaper everywhere I've looked, no idea what seller you're using
