Thanks for posting this. I remember in about 3rd or 4th grade the other girls in my class watched it and talked at school about how good it was and I hadn't watched it. So now almost 50 years later I'm all caught up. Did network TV really show a guy's naked butt in prime time in 1974? Woah, edgy for back then.
This movie could have been much better if they had given Elizabeth a more meaty storyline and more action. Ninety minutes is not long enough for a really good western, but Elizabeth still did a fine job with what she was given, and met Robert Foxworth in this movie who became her future husband.
She lends Class and Talent to anything she does when her name is attached to a production its always worth your time. Thank you Ms. Montgomery
