The entire time Dream was just confused and amused which is a whole ass mood
The discs, L’manchildburg being seen as a true country, and control over Tommy were just tiny specks in this Mutant Teletubby’s plans. Also just because L’manchildburg was seen as a true country doesn’t mean it wasn’t a bad one. Jschlatt was right, the country did go to shit when he died. He was what made people take the country seriously.

This is the kind of stream that would be the halfway point of any series, and I mean that in the best way possible, I absolutely loved it
I agree. Things are probably gonna start heating up again now that there's nothing preventing the disc duo from murdering each other.
I think that the disks that Wilbur gave Tommy are probably the fake ones. There really wasn't a chance for Wilbur to swap them over since we were constantly watching his perspective since receiving the disks. However, the disks are only symbols and have no inherent value, so as long as Tommy thinks he has the real ones, then he basically does.
The stream went black when wilbur was putting the discs in his ender chest. You can hear the ender chest sound even with the black screen. In that time he could have swapped them out without the stream seeing it
Nah it's real. Wilbur wouldn't do that to him. Plus you just forgot that Wilbur black screened his stream and switched the discs.
No i think its because (us) the audience need to think that Wilbur made Dream burn the real disks because it gives more story value and exitment
C!Wilbur isn't just a type of guy who will just give the real discs to C!Dream. He also holds the same value on the discs as C!Tommy. He is also the only one who thinks the discs are worth it because without that discs, Lmanburg is wouldn't form and will never be that long. He understands the value and how special it is to C!Tommy because he cares for C!Tommy and what C!Tommy's beloved items is his also in his care too.

I absolutely loved this stream. Tbh, I was NOT expecting this to happen whilst Watching the Stream. I mean, Wilbur LEGITIMATELY BEAT DREAM AT HIS OWN GAME!! Its like something in him snapped when he found out what Dream did to Tommy. I can even hear the Legitimate Fear in Dream's Voice as Wilbur was commanding him to burn the discs. And I love how Wilbur thought ahead when it came to the discs because he knew that if Tommy was told that the ones he threw dream were fakes, it would go to shit. The only way Dream would believe him was if Tommy believed it. I’m calling it right now, this may setup a redemption arc for Wilbur when the time comes, and I'm all for it. However, I do feel as if the discs need to go.

I think Tommy will eventually come to realise what Philza was trying to tell Tommy that they are just discs and nothing more. They are just items and not people and as long as Tommy has that connection then Dream will always use them as leverage over Tommy. I think once Tommy decides to burn the discs himself he will get over them and will overcome Dream.
And then he will truly be free.
No, in the end that'd make him just like dream, and thats not what tommy wants, its what dream wants also this kinda just sounds like your blaming tommy for like material objects which isnt ok. (This isnt meant to be mean it just sounds like that)

Tbh, even without the disc there will still be conflicts and wars popping up from time to time, I mean the only few times the Disc was ever involved in a war or a conflicts was in The first Disc War, the L'manburg Independence War, the Exile conflict and The Disc Confrontation, all the other times they were just thrown to the side because of some other times that didn't involve the Discs
Also, pretty Wilbur wouldn't willingly let Dream Burn the real ones if he wanted to because one, he doesn't want that for Tommy and he knows how much those Discs means to him back in the early days of L'manburg two, he wants to get revenge on Dream for what's he done to Tommy after what he told him about Exile and three, he's doing this because he wants to give the best apology to Tommy ever but only problem is he doesn't know how to, he doesn't want to hurt Tommy's feelings by accident if he made another mistake is his apologies (I mean just looked what happened, he literally cause his own son to commit suicide right in front of him just because he wants to be left alone and that he was and probably still is a bad father to him in the past and probably still is now but is already to late to change course) so when he heard about how Tommy nearly ended himself because of Dream, Wilbur thought that this was the perfect opportunity to do something good for his little brother while also hinting that this was his "apology" to Tommy for everything has done to him, but his plan wouldn't work if it was Tommy that given the fake Discs to Dream because he would immediately knew those were the fake ones that Tommy gave him because of course he knows that this isn't the first time Tommy tries to scam him into getting something that he wants (like of course the discs) when Tommy and Tubbo attempted to trade with Dream with his stolen neitherite chest plate for Cat and Mellohi, only to end up both of them logging out after what they thought was the real Discs when it turned out later they were fakes
so the only way to make the deal sound believable if that Wilbur was the one to hand the fake ones to Dream because Wil knows that he is his "Trophy" to Dream, that he brought him back to life to spite Tommy and tell him that no matter what he does, no matter how hard he tries to fight back, to escape, to run, to hide, heck even beat him at his own game, he will always be one step ahead of him, he will always be under Dream's finger, he will never ever truly be free from his wrath, not him, not his friends, not the Dream SMP itself, he will always be under control of everything and everyone and there's nothing they and him can do to stop Dream no matter what
So Wilbur being the one giving the fake discs to him is a smart move on his part because Dream would listen to Wilbur because again Dream bringing him back his "Trophy of Victory" witch he was so proud that he was willing to keep his masterpiece alive to show off his work to the server dispite himself being stuck in prison during that time when he was brought back, he doesn't want to risk Wilbur dying again because he's (obviously) is the only one be able to revive him again, now I heard somewhere that the only reason that he was able bring back Tommy, Wilbur, Vikk and Lazar, (Vikk and Lazar being brought back and killed repeatedly before being killed for good to cover up their disappearance by Dream and Punz) is that the body's themselves needs to be physically in shaped and not completely damage so it wouldn't be so difficult to be revive, whether that be someone's ghost (Like Ghostbur, Glatt, Ghost MD and Ghostboo) or their dead corpses (Like Tommy, Vikk and Lazar), so with Wilbur completely dead and with no physical body nor ghost to bring him back with, his only glimpse of controlling Tommy aside form the dics will be gone within seconds with the lava bucket being placed
So in collusion, Wilbur handing Dream the fakes and leding Tommy have the real ones was the best couldn't have ever done for him

I loved the fact he blacked the screen when he switched the disks. That way people didnt know what was happening as it happened and when people looked back at the stream to check it actually fits perfectly later. 😄

I don’t think dream actually believes those were real discs, dream always fakes his reactions and possibly wants to give Wilbur the illusion of power to lower his guard. Idk dream planned getting put in prison so I think he’d expect fake discs
I don't think this because dream knows willbur has gone off the deep end atheist thats what I think another thing is that this sudden mood change of willbur to dream wouldn't make sense to him willbur made iraintinal decisions plus willbur never double crossed dream also we need to talk about this new change of personality I think this has to do with him remembering a lot about ghost burg ghost burg really cared about Tommy obviously so I think deep inside willbur knew what dream was doing since he can still remember t a lil about ghost burgs memories I feel like this would make a really good narrative there being illusions where there's two will brugs fighting for power. Since will burg has basically been stuck for I think a decade (i think shit I don't remember its been a while since they've down lore) I would make sense for willburg having another personality with the same brains but with different motives the other personality being influenced by all the good memories and ghost burg influence on willburg
@@dontclickme3057 yeh I can definitely see your point of view, what’s interesting is dream must have a big plan if he’s willing to burn the discs just to keep Wilbur alive(especially when he can bring him back)although I still think dream slightly doubts the disc burning since he knows Wilbur wouldn’t want to destroy his relationship with tommy again, although it seems like dreams motives have changed from just simply harassing tommy since he did burn the disc after all.

i have a feeling theres like a bizzaro world and ghostbur is the bizzaro version of wilbur (now if you dont get about the bizzaro thing basically like supermans opposite is bizzaro which comes from bizzaro world but here in the DSMP) I have a feeling everyone in the DSMP has a bizzaro version of themselves and thats why wilbur remembers different things because those things happened in the alternate reality like example:
in the dsmp nobody came to tommys beach party
in bizzaro or alternate reality everyone came to the beach party and had a great time
and the exile of tommy was not a holiday in dsmp

As much as I liked this recap, it no where near does the original stream justice. I recommend you all watch the original stream and then come back.
If I’m being honest I feel burnt out with DSMP stuff, just check it out sometimes to see how it is. One of my main issues with it is just, having Tommy and other characters keep going through trauma and bad stuff over and over to the point that it doesn’t feel effective. Course I haven’t watched a lot in awhile, but I feel they should’ve stopped a lot of the stuff or a lot of the dramatic stuff by the point where dream is thrown into the cell and tommy gets both discs back and the peoples respects. It’s become tiring and nobody in there’s even having much fun, it’s boring to them almost.
The Scene where Wilbur consistently murders dream because Tommy allmost killed himself is real dark and big brother vibes

Someone said under a different video that if Wilbur burned hinself in Lava, nothing would be left of him and Dream wouldn't be able to revive him. I can't say for sure if that's how it works.

But still I think Michael would just be threaten which Tubbo not being scared of Dream but doesn’t want his son to be hurt left so Michael wouldn’t die. Since just because he has an arc (which ended a couple months ago) doesn’t mean he couldn’t contribute in the story. I am just saying that Tubbo is one of the very few attachments Tommy has left so it would make sense for that to happen. Besides I did say Dream might kidnap Shroud.

I just realize that Wilbur might be an enemy to Technoblade when he learns that Technoblade broke Dream out. Like how would he react to his own father breaking Dream out too? Sure he might be fine with Philza but Technoblade is still a friend and ally to Dream. So would that make Wilbur hate him. I also wonder how he would feel about Technoblade nearly scolding Tommy to Dream to get rid of the debt (I know Technoblade is bluffing but would someone find out about this and lie To someone about how evil Technoblade is so they could help get rid of him). This is just my thought because I doubt Dream and Tommy’s story would be over like this since they are the greatest rival in all of the SMP.

He chose to entertain their ideas and could’ve stopped at any time. He just wanted him to think that. Besides, these are old ass plot points anyways. He’s been thinking bigger. Because Dream never lost all that time ago. He just made them think they won.

Can someone pls tell me why Dream is living in the prison and where is Sam?
After Dream was broken out of the prison by Technoblade, he decided to go back because no one would expect for him to. No one would look for him there, it's the perfect place.
Dream then sees Sam in the prison (since Tubbo, Eret and Techno put him there as revenge for taking Michael, Tubbo and Ranboo's child), and he essentially tortures/torments Sam, gets him to give him the keycards to the prison, and then kills him as a warning.
Sam appeared in a FoolishG stream today and the other streams prior. He's out of the prison, with only two lives and left and is seemingly being used by Dream as a way to gain more power.
I may have gotten some things wrong but that's like the general rundown I believe
