- Today we will look at the Swissport lounge located in terminal 5 of the Chicago O’hare International airport as on Jan 31 2023.
Please comment your thoughts on the lounge and whether you would visit again. If you know of any future renovations that may take place at this lounge or any Chicago based lounge please share.

I love your positive outlook on this lounge! It’s not great, but it beats being out at the gates (usually), and I personally love instant oatmeal so… 🤣 But seriously, thank you for making this video. I have a short layover at ORD soon, and I’ll be checking this space out, especially since I’ll be with my infant. I’d feel more comfortable with my baby in this lounge than out in the open at the gates.

So glad I saw this video. Stayed in terminal 3 and went to the American Flagship lounge. Stopped here to check it out after the 45 minute terminal transfer to use the rest room (which doesn't exist). Wow, it really is that bad. 😐
I agree. Hopefully they do something soon. But it definitely beats sitting around by the gate. At least you can grab a snack and get a drink in before your flight.

I haven't been in this lounge for quite some time so it is nice seeing the interior. It has actually improved from the last time that I saw it. The location being wrong is quite funny because the terminal had the gates renumbered due to the renovations. What is now M14 was actually M8 and the new M10 was the old M7. They should really update that.
Yes they should really update it. I had to ask a Delta sky lounge employee walking by if he knew the location. Too bad there aren’t any more lounges in O’hare though as a lot of my priority pass friends travel through there a lot.

That is what sucks about smaller airport lounges. I remember having to be waitlisted at Philadelphia Amex lounge last year due to the lounge reaching capacity. Hopefully next time you go it will be finished. Please come back and give us an update when you do! Safe travels my friend.
@@phonsavanhtravel yea absolutely will try again! It kind of sucked because here you are playing hundreds for benefits like these that you can even use due to capacity issues.

I has PP, I walk and and walk out. This place is just terrible
The Swissport lounge is easily the worst Business Class lounge anywhere on earth. This conclusion from a seasoned traveler. Small, no windows, drab in appearance, awful furnishings seemingly acquired from Goodwill. Curt reception, very limited selection of edibles, many of which are paper-wrapped as when you were a child and mom made a sandwich for lunch. In fairness, the massive expansion of ORD is the reason, but the opening of what will be world-class individual airline lounges is a long time into the future. At least the drinks selections is adequate, so go ahead and get tipsy while awaiting your flight and to forget the feeling of being trapped in the 1970s.

There was wine. I saw a bottle of red and one of white.
The water machine was still broken about 3 weeks ago 😂😂😂

Not really a good lounge
It still hasn’t changed much huh. It’s just good enough to get away from the rest of the travelers going through the airport. Safe travels.
