NATO would likely prevail if they all came up with a solid strategy involving all 31 countries.. and if they have compatible weapons/machines. But the question is, how well would they work together? Most countries in NATO speak different languages than each other. Communication might be a bit difficult on the battlefield. Also, there is no telling how many countries are going to back out when the time comes or switch sides either. Russia is one military, and they've got a lot of sh*t for such a small budget. If they are smart, they will have to find a way to pluck NATO 1 or 2 countries at a time.
NATO is unlikely to prevail in a war against Russia. Logistics NATO has only standardised small arms munitions. Their artillery, tank, jets, ships and other firearms all use different configurations, ammunition and requirements of maintenance of the vehicles are all different. Meaning they would need various components at any given time. Specialisations of each NATO country differ. The UK and US are primarily naval militaries which as we've seen in Ukraine is not really much use asides from maybe support fire of cruise missiles and maybe landing jets. NATO countries all their militaries are structured as for-profit driven all are private companies. Lockheed Martin, BAE Systems and so on. They don't produce weapon systems for purpose but profit. Which means if a world war happened those companies would only produce if they got paid meaning supply lines can't quickly turnaround weapons fast enough for NATO to use them as the infrastructure is not there since it was never set up that way. In Russia however they inherited the entire Soviet arsenal and have kept the supplylines, production houses and everything state-owned. Meaning they can work at surge capacity even in war mode for as long as they need and want to. Which we've seen also in Ukraine with the West sending all they have to Ukraine but are unable to maintain anything. So it's likely such a war would favour Russia to win. Also don't think Russia would be fighting alone. I am sure Iran, North Korea and China would love an opportunity to test out their weapons on the battlefield especially against NATO.
is this before all the losses in ukraine? and no shit nato would beat russia they have been fighting a country 1/30th the size for 3 years now despite russia having the complete advantage in every military way possible
Yeah but what happened to Africa, Israel, The Red Sea and Indonesia survived the color revolution by you know who. Putin knows he should use the most effective way possible. Who wants Ukraine, the rebuilding is too expensive. So they only take the russian speaking regions
And America and Europe would be saying Russia was weak, yet All America and NATO needed to fight Russia. Americas luck has run out with this one since they will finally be struck while fighting in their homeland on this one. Whether its Nuclear or not depends on Americas insane acts.
The US has double the population of Russia, and 100 times the military budget of Russia. Russia doesn’t even have the ability to sustain intercontinental operations. Their logistics are laughable. The Russian fleet wouldn’t even be able to get near the US coast. A Russian nuclear launch would be reciprocated by the US, and would result in extinction of all life on earth. 🇺🇸
1 vs 31
Good vs evil

Russia can't even handle some surplus kit in Ukrainian hands. Other than nuclear they don't have a chance.
That’s what they told Zelensky 2 years ago :)
The Russians haven't used nukes yet and they still are kicking UKes butts.
